Hi, I always look up to Romeo Lane whether it's Def Col one or civil lines because of its food, vibe, and atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the food this time. It was super salty and could be made better. There is only one washroom which is also upstairs and is very inaccessible. Also, I have been requesting the team for the pictures and they keep postponing it, saying the photographer is not available, he comes on this or that day. How does a cafe running at such a location doesn't take authority over who is coming to click the pictures of their guests and doesn't even have a number of a photographer? I mean I was so surprised of being called off for at least a week. And I was very polite to them by the way throughout. They start sending you invites from different numbers but they don't answer you. So either you don't get clicked at the place or tell them to put the damn lights on as it's too dark for a place to get natural pictures. I went to Romeo Lane Defence Colony with my friends on...

The restaurant provided very poor service and an overall bad experience. Although the food was satisfactory, the drinks didn't meet our taste preferences. The main issue arose when we ordered desserts, as they only had tiramisu available. Despite ordering two servings, they took an hour to serve them, and upon tasting, they were unpleasantly melted with overly crisp biscuits, nothing like authentic tiramisu. When we requested a replacement, the chef rudely insisted that it was a classic tiramisu and we might not have had Tiramisu before. The manager also displayed an unhelpful attitude, refusing to address the issue and insisting on a mandatory service charge despite it being discretionary clearly on the menu.
