BLAQ & WYTE — Restaurant in Delhi

This bar is a must go place in Delhi! Every tourist that is worried about the food or water quality can put his worries aside. Everything here is being served fresh and with a high integrity for safety and health! (I even drank the ice in each cocktail and I am perfectly healthy, due to the special processing of the water before use) I came from Central Europe to enjoy a lovely vacation in Delhi and ran into this place. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service was remarkable. Especially the waiters Vinod and Rohit stood out to me, which checked if the food and drink quality was living up to my expectations multiple times throughout the evening. I can definitely say the quality surpassed my expectations. I worked in some of the best bars in the world and what is being served here can definitely play in this league! Each drink is an experience by itself, from the flavor, to the way it is being served. If you try Italian Pizza or asian Dim Sum, anything I tried that night was incredibly tasty and again beautifully served. All of this combined in an incredible modern lounge atmosphere with modern techno in the back just makes this experience perfect!

A cocktail costs around 600 rupees ($7.5) Dim Sum around 350 rupees ($4.5) Shisha around 2500 rupees ($30)

Of course not the cheapest prices for Delhi but considering the quality and experience...

Blaq I have been to this place two times now, and my review for the same is as below:

Ambiance: the place has two floors, the lower floor is like a club with a bar and a dance floor, then they have the terrace which has two sections one is inside and the other is outside in the open. My experience is for sitting on the terrace both outside as well as inside. Well if you want to talk to people you came with them outside is the best option as the music is loud inside and conversations are very difficult.

Food: I have only had a pizza that too veg but no complains for the same it was nice.

Drinks: I tried the ginger and kokum margarita, well the drink was 1000 rupees but it was not anything special as per my taste I actually moved to drinking beer.

Service: staff is good and service is fast, the bar tenders are also good and happy to help, no complains from my side.

Cost: the place is decent and the cocktails are slightly priced high as per me.

Overall the place is new and you can give it a try the only downside for me was that music gets too loud and is going from English to Hindi and then punjabi all one after another. The place is loud and cocktails are average. Food, service and ambiance are...

I have only been to cocktail places in the US so new to exploring places around Delhi. I would rate the cocktails here 10/10. I think the bartenders really understand flavor profiles and make drinks that taste very innocent but hit that buzz perfectly. Would definitely come back here all the time if they only included clubbing as part of their experience 😣 But if you are a cocktail lover, please do try it out, I loved what they have done with their drinks 😅 I tried 4 of their drinks: Blaq Stem, Another Drink, A Temporary Solution and Dutch Root. All of them were excellent, with only Another Drink being a bit stronger (and a bit like a classic alcoholic drink) - but all of them were superbly concocted.
