Air Chief Marshal Mushaf Ali Mir (Urdu: مصحف على مير; March 5, 1947 – 20 February 2003) NI(m), HI(m), SI(m), SBt. was an influential statesman and a four-star air force general who served as the Chief of Air Staff of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), appointed on 20 November 2000 until his accidental death in a plane crash on 20 February 2003.[1]

I visited China Garden Restaurant in GK2 New Delhi on the insistence of my 11 year old daughter.The date was 16th August 2021 in the evening.
Was there with my Wife, Daughter and a friend.
The problem started when I complained about Hakka Noodles being too oily. The waiter was already behaving as they were obliging me by replacing it.
The main issue started when I wrote a scathing review on the form provided. The manager asked me what the problem was and I informed him that I written it on the form.
After this a verbal argument ensued and he started shouting at me that they were trying their best. I told him that he was not obliging me as I was paying in full for my meal. On this he replied that they had served me the food.
He started shouting at me to not visit the restaurant again and I was not welcome.

Read moreThe restaurant says that just because we mention on our menu and put a metal plate saying “we levy 10 percent service tax” then we can extort that amount from customers and have the ability as a restaurant to deny the customer their legal right to seek its waiver. Additionally i was made aware that there is a new law that if customer has to ask a waiver they have to say so in the start. While it is acceptable protocol at the part of restaurant but i am curious to see how this law was passed and where is it written if the old guy at the reception of the restaurant can attach the notification or anyone from the restaurant can on his behalf.
