Take Off Scarlet - TOS — Restaurant in Delhi

My overall experience was Good considering a variety of factors including some Great and some not so Great (so it's a generous 4 rating) but I am sure there is a possible chance that it could be rated even 5 depending on restaurants ability to make those positive changes.

Worth to mention that there are couple of floor options, one with DJ / floor (basically Dhinchak option) and other one which I personally prefer is much sober option on the open terrace with light music. They have canopies with partially covered sides separating each sitting area or you could also sit in complete open option in center too. I went on Sunday night so they had live singing which I must say I really enjoyed (some really good singing and not too loud at the same time).

Food was ok but could have been better, my personal suggestion for restaurant would be if they can use some hot plate or covered lid option for food to stay hot and sumptuous!

Mocktails were not upto mark but maybe it's just the rush that were not able to manage on the weekends.

Location is though just in center of Punjabi Bagh club road but sometimes in center could mean too much rush to get there. Prices were reasonable given the place and overall ambience.

My final take - Go for it in weekends with terrace option and live music (booking in advance would be a smarter option). Prefer bottled options and avoid unusual...

They don't have the options of food which they have mentioned in their menu. Food was also ok types, quantity is too less . We got only 4 pcs of chicken tikka and 4 pieces of chicken seekh kabab in non veg platter. If I talk about drinks. They don't have much options but they have mentioned all the drinks. We asked them to serve Ballentine, but they denied to serve as it was out of stock, after that we asked for fry keema , as expected they don't have that also, after that we asked 3-4 things more and again they don't have. Our bill of food & drink was 15300 . My friend said atleast give us just 300 discount. I'm paying you 15000 for the same. The manager attitude was so pathetic. His name is Sujith , who is the manager of TOS and AIR also. He said "jab Tak poorey paise nahi dega, 300rs bhi dene padenge, tu tab tak yaha se nahi hilega." It's not about 300rs , it's about the way he talks that is not acceptable at all. You can't talk to your guests like this. And if you can't give discount that is also fine. But the words you are using that is more important. After that Sujith did not picked up our call as well. And the other 2 managers i don't know the name, they called bouncers for just 300rs only. Such a bad experience we had . I won't suggest anyone...

TOS Club is totally waste of time and money. On 20th Feb 2021 I have booked the roof area for 13- 14 pax for which I have paid rs 950 unlimited buffet dinner. Around 5.pm we all reached there and the first lot of snacks which we got is totally bull shut. No taste no presentation. It was like ki kisi ka leftover food hamen de diya ho. When we complained about it they say sir sahi to hai. This is unlimited buffet which includes our moctails and soft drinks. Bur despite of being asking for cold drink they didn't listen and didn't supply us the same as it is unlimited but they supplied only once. In food also they provide us Nan and salad only once. Which is also taste less. And kindly check there cctv two waitors take the food from our buffet and I don't know whether that is for other guests or they themselves want to eat. They are fraud people who just takes money and didn't supplied accordingly. Rest go to this palace at your own risk. this is my personal review.
