FRANKY CHICKEN ROLL — Restaurant in Delhi

All 2+ Star ratings are fake here. I visited this restaurant twice and experience is worse each time. Below are the points You must consider before going there:

Owner who stays on the main gate is super rude man. When people complain him about the delay or food quality, he gives an angry look and says 'nahi khana to mat khao, ahsaan thodi karre ho mere pe'.

Improper air conditioning inside, and unhygenic sitting outside. So both ways, your dining experience will be ruined.

Bad Staff makes the experience even worse. When you want to order anything, you will not find anyone unless you call someone loudly like you are in a local dhaba.

Sitting space is conjusted with uncomfortable wooden chairs. A restaurant with such a high priced menu must give a good seat which is also not available here.

Price is extremely higher as compared to quality. However, this point is true for all nearby restaurants as well. They all are charing heavily for...

Worst experience.They straight out don't care and are the most rude restaurants I've ever come across.

I've placed an order from Franky's multiple times, I found their food good but this time their inability to comply with our instructions just got on my head.

I had specifically mentioned to not make the order spicy, called and left a message as well because they had made it spicy for my last 2 previous orders as well despite mentioning it repeatedly.

When I called to express my grievances they hardly heard for a second and straight out told me to directly come and place the order agr "mujhe itni dikkat h to." And then, they cut my call.

If possible I'd recommend to be delisted on all food...

Just be aware guys i am a chef. Me and my friend went franky chicken roll to have some food. We asked for fish options they told us we have good quality singhara fish but when they served it it was a very cheep fish pangas i know how both tast then i call the water n tell about that is not singhara go to your owner n tell them he came back n told me owner is saying this is singhara.
