Opening Hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (all days) Location: Ground Floor, International Trade Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi – easily accessible, just a 2-minute walk from the Nehru Place metro station.
Ambiance & Decor: The moment you step into Haldiram’s at Nehru Place, you’re greeted with a clean, spacious, and inviting atmosphere. The seating is well-organized and the interiors are bright, modern, and perfect for both quick bites and relaxed family meals. Despite the crowd, the place maintains a sense of calm and cleanliness that’s hard to find in busy food courts.
Menu Highlights: This outlet truly brings North Indian and Rajasthani flavors to life. I had the pleasure of indulging in: • Chole Bhature – hands down the star of the day. Perfectly puffed bhaturas with spicy, flavorful chole. So addictive that I ended up ordering them again via Zomato the same evening! • Puri Sabji – a comforting, homely dish served hot with fluffy pooris and mildly spiced aloo sabzi. • Pyaaz Kachori – crispy and generously filled, just the right balance of tang and spice. • Rabri Rasmalai – an absolute treat. Creamy, rich, and delicately sweet, it melted in the mouth. • Dhokla – soft, fresh, and beautifully spongy with that signature Haldiram’s touch. Loved it so much that I had to reorder it later from home!
Service & Hospitality: Despite the rush hours, the staff was efficient and courteous. The food arrived fairly quickly, and their billing process is seamless and tech-friendly.
Customer Reviews & General Feedback: This outlet enjoys great footfall and consistently positive feedback for quality, hygiene, and taste. It’s especially popular among office-goers and families visiting the area.
Unique Selling Point: Their consistency in taste, top-notch hygiene, and an elaborate menu with Indian street food favorites and desserts make it a reliable go-to place.
Suggestions (if any): While the experience was nearly perfect, expanding the dessert counter and increasing the seating during peak hours could make it even better.

I recently visited Haldiram’s with friends, and I must say — it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Whether you're craving traditional Indian snacks, wholesome thalis, or delightful sweets, Haldiram’s delivers both quality and consistency every time.
As soon as you enter, you’re welcomed by a clean, vibrant atmosphere and the tempting aroma of freshly prepared food. The layout is well-organized, with a variety of counters for chaats, sweets, bakery items, and full meals. Even during peak hours, the service is surprisingly fast and systematic.
We started with chaat — the Raj Kachori and Dahi Puri were bursting with flavors: perfectly crisp, tangy, and well-balanced in spices. It tasted fresh and hygienic, something that's really important for street-style food.
For the main course, we ordered their North Indian Thali and a plate of Chole Bhature. The bhaturas were hot and fluffy, served with rich, spicy chole that had just the right kick. The thali was generous and filling — dal, sabzi, roti, rice, pickle, and dessert, all in one platter. The food was fresh, not overly oily, and tasted just like home-cooked meals with a slightly rich twist.
What truly sets Haldiram’s apart is its massive selection of sweets. From Rasgullas to Kaju Katli to their signature Soan Papdi, everything is top-notch. We picked up a box of assorted sweets to take home, and each one was delicious — fresh, authentic, and not too sweet.
Cleanliness and hygiene are very well maintained, and that’s one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. Their staff is polite and helpful, always guiding you patiently if you're confused by the menu (which, to be honest, can be overwhelming with so many great options!).
Price-wise, Haldiram's offers great value. It’s not dirt-cheap, but the quality, portion size, and brand experience fully justify the cost.
Overall, if you're looking for a place that celebrates Indian food in a clean, family-friendly environment, Haldiram's is a must-visit. Whether it's a casual meal, a festive treat, or a snack break — you just can't...
Read moreEverything is good but hand washing is not available like it is available in every haldiram center. You need to go outside. Decoration was very beautiful. Tasty food like always. I try new dessert “pineapple cup” was very delicious 😍 Thali was good, quantity was sufficient.one mixed veg, Paanch paneer gravy, daal makhani, salad, papad, raita one naaan and one laccha paratha, plain rice and gulab jamun. Don't miss their fresh chilli and mango pickle. Masala Cutting chai was freshly made and well done. But coffee is machine made and not worth it. It did not even taste like coffee and was not hot enough. If you are traveling from other parts of India or world and need to it Chat item like Dahi Bhalla, you must have to try them in Haldiram's.
Bhalle are soft, curd is perfectly thick. Then they add magic. It just melts in mouth.
Butter milk was good but felt price is high. It was good in taste.
Tried Purani Dilli Ke Chole Chawal. Yum! Quantity is less but that authentic taste will make you forget it. Wish they gave some pickle with it... You'll love it for sure.
One of the well maintained food franchise in business sector of delhi. Good quality food matched with equally proficient staff allows you to visit this place without too much of a thought. Around the lunch hours it could get crowded but that's expected of any place situated in a business district. Been open only about three months and the newness shows... Has taken a leaf or two out of other qsr designs so looks very modern and upbeat unlike the Haldirams of yore. Even got my live masala tea from a 'live" kitchen:-)Also has sweets and packaged goods counters on the premises. Located in the old Paras Cinema building which has more or less turned into a food court with other qsr...
