I recently dined at a restaurant, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the spacious layout makes it easy to move around, even when it's busy during dinner time. The cleanliness and tidiness of the space were impressive, enhancing the overall comfort of the dining experience.

The food was genuinely delicious and packed with flavor, making the wait worthwhile. The staff members were exceptionally courteous and attentive, adding to the positive vibe of the evening. However, I think they could improve the ordering process by providing physical menus on the tables instead of requiring guests to download an app to place their orders. While the app may be convenient for some, it can be a hassle for those who prefer a traditional menu.

On a less positive note, while the dining area was clean, I noticed that the washroom could benefit from more frequent attention during peak hours.

Haldiram's one of the oldest and trusted name in Delhi NCR region if you're looking for quick bite or looking for a decent place to hang out with family or friends. This is the place you should go to. It has many outlets and I visited the one situated in NFC main market.

Ambience: It has been designed beautifully and as ample space for dine in or even host a private party. This is one of the best outlets of Haldiram and you would definitely be satisfied.

Service/Staff: Staff was polite and helpful. The tables and area were kept clean and tidy. Staff helped if you needed any help. Though like other outlets there is self service and you have to go to billing counter to take the receipt and proceed to respective food counter to take the order. However, if you're in between of something and request staff to bring your order they would happily oblige.

Food: I like their food and is usually have standard haldiram's taste across their outlets but this one seemed a bit better in comparison so I was happy with it.

Let me explain why the service needs improvement: My ordered food was handed over to another person who ordered after me because he was the first to pick up the same order. When I reached the desk and asked for my order, I learned it was given to someone else, as he was the first to pick it up. I said I ordered first, but there was no response as they don't check or track the order number beforehand to the customer.

Customers mostly order the same food, like Chole Bhature and Dosa, but the order is not tokenized, and whoever comes first to pick it up at the desk will get it. And it's somehow the same across all Haldiram restaurants.
