Get ready for an unforgettable Valentine's Day celebration at House of Boho!
Nestled inside the vibrant Ansal Plaza in Delhi, House of Boho is a gem waiting to be discovered by anyone who loves the free-spirited charm of bohemian aesthetics. If you're a fan of all things boho, this is a spot you simply cannot miss. My recent visit to this unique establishment left me thoroughly impressed, and I can't wait to share my experience with you.
From the moment I stepped inside, I was completely captivated by the atmosphere. The interiors at House of Boho are a masterclass in Bohemian design. One standout feature is the iconic Boho Girl, who perfectly embodies the carefree, vibrant, and wanderlust-inspired essence of this place. Everywhere you look, there's something that grabs your attention — from the intricate macrame furnishings to the rope chandeliers and unique wall hangings that add a rustic yet chic touch. The vibe is warm, inviting, and creative, making it an ideal space to unwind and celebrate special moments.
Since my visit coincided with Valentine's Day, I decided to indulge in a special lunch here. Let me tell you, House of Boho knows how to make the occasion feel extra special. Their handcrafted cocktails and mocktails are a delightful blend of flavor, style, and a hint of wanderlust. I tried a refreshing mocktail that paired perfectly with the vibe of the day, and I can confidently say their drinks are as enchanting as their interiors.
House of Boho specializes in Mediterranean and Pan Asian cuisines, and the menu is a feast for the senses.
Here’s a rundown of what I tried and absolutely loved:
Appetizers:
Chicken Bao Slider: Soft, steamed buns filled with crispy, spicy chicken, salad leaves, and a generous drizzle of spicy mayo. Each bite was packed with flavor and a satisfying crunch.
Vegetable Sushi with Purple Rice: A colorful, creative twist on sushi that was as delicious as it was visually appealing. The vibrant purple rice added an unexpected yet delightful touch.
Mains:
Dal Makhani: Creamy, rich, and perfectly spiced, this dish was comfort food at its finest.
Chicken Tikka Masala: Juicy, tender chicken in a luscious, tangy gravy that paired wonderfully with the breads. Breads:
Malabar Paratha: Flaky, buttery, and the perfect accompaniment to the mains.
Each dish was a testament to the chef’s skill and attention to detail. The balance of flavors and the presentation truly elevated the dining experience.
House of Boho is not just a restaurant; it’s an experience. Whether you’re there for a casual meal, a celebration, or just to soak in the stunning ambiance, it’s a place that leaves a lasting impression. So, if you’re in Delhi and looking for a spot that combines great food, vibrant vibes, and an undeniable boho charm, make your way to House of Boho. Trust me, you...

I recently hosted my child's birthday party at this café, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what was promised.
To begin with, the staff was quite rude and kept interrupting the celebration for one reason or another, which really disturbed the flow of the event. Despite personally confirming with them about decorating the space and getting approval in advance, we were not allowed to switch on the lights that were part of our setup. The reason given was that it would “affect their aesthetics.” As a result, all the effort and money spent on decoration went in vain, and we couldn’t even take decent photographs with our guests.
Being a weekend, the café was understandably busy. They had assigned a staff member to attend to our party, but he disappeared midway to serve other tables. Despite multiple reminders, the cake was not served to our guests in time, and to our surprise, they even ran out of plates. By the time everything was finally arranged, most of the guests had already finished their dinner, and the cake-cutting moment was completely missed.
One of the most frustrating aspects was how agreeable the management was at the time of booking — saying “yes” to everything — only to go back on their word during the actual event. They kept bothering us throughout the party, making it difficult to enjoy the occasion.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against organizing any personal parties or events at this café. The service and coordination are lacking, and it left us with nothing but disappointment on what should have been...
Read moreI don’t even know where to start from. It was such a horrible experience for me and my friends. Never felt or been treated this way before. Staff was so disrespectful and rude. We were constantly denied for everything. When we entered the place, it was all empty, with just 2-3 tables occupied. We were given an outdoor seating at the time when the weather was so hot and humid in Delhi. We asked if we could sit somewhere else, probably indoor, but got denied by the words “thats private”. We thought that space must’ve been booked. So we asked for some other table on the same place where we were placed already. However, we were answered with something lame again. They were more concerned about the people who were not even there, rather then giving importance to people who were present at that time. I don’t know for whom they were saving their tables for, bcz the bar/lounge remained empty until we left the place and yes the “private” one too. And you can’t even ask any staff member to take your picture, as they will take such a bad one that you will feel ashamed of asking. The food was also not that good and lets not even talk about the drinks, they don’t serve desserts as well. Its just about the ambience and those boho vibes but wts the use when you can’t even let people click their pictures properly. With a very heavy heart am giving one star to them, where ị want to give them half star for their hospitality. Never gna go back to...
