"I'm absolutely obsessed with this cozy cafe! From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed by the warm atmosphere and friendly staff. The pizza was top-notch, with a rich flavor that hit the spot every time. The worst ever dining experience I had. I booked place for two in advance and when I reached Noiz i was first asked to wait for sometime as "they don't have seats available". So we patiently waited and then they made us sit on a smallest possible broken table after removing projector and some other equipments and high chairs somewhere on the way and told us that sit here untill we find a better place for you. We ordered our food and drinks anyways and when food came the space on table was not sufficient enough to hold the things we ordered. I approched the staff multiple times asking for a table change and they asked us to wait again and again, even when the tables were emptied by the guests. The food served was also poorly cooked, I would say it was half cooked.

There was arrangements for live singing too and the loudest possible speaker was just next to us which made us so uncomfortable and we could hardly talk to each other as it was difficult to hear anything apart from the noise from speakers.

Fedup with the treatment we were goiven, we again went up to the person who was managing the place (5th time I guess) and he told me that "jab space ni h to kaha bithau". We then decided to leave everything as it was,pay the bill and just leave. There was no point even complaining.

Don't visit this place to spoil your evening.

Rude staff Loud music Pathetic...

My experience was not good they changed our seat 2 times and after that again they ask to change us and them I denied.

I have also booked a table and other group also booked it doesn’t matter how many members they or we are

And no doubt good taste is good ambiance is also good.

Also one thing i would like to highlight on bill they charged us 3-4 different typ of charges that leads to 1000-1200 plus over our food bill amount SGST CGST VAT and one more

And as per government or private rules SGST is something that is not allowed to charge coz u guys opened a space and if u are going to charge for services its doesn’t make sense

CGST is fine and All above that again VAT charge and that is also not less amount.

Single water bottles charge was 100 that to when its a local brand water not even a good one

My only point is to write this review is to highlight this that u guys are for customers and if u are going to charge only 1000-1200 for GST that to when some off then are not authorised customers can denied to pay u service charges but they don’t coz they don’t want to spoil their day.
