I had an absolutely terrible experience at Unwind Cafe at Ansal Plaza. The staff was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. We ordered chili paneer, but they served us chicken instead, even though we are pure vegetarians. When we checked the bill, the total for food and hookah came out to ₹8322, but they asked for ₹8500. We pointed out the discrepancy, and instead of apologizing, they started arguing with us about the bill. If they can’t handle basic math, they shouldn’t be working at a cafe.

After some back and forth, the waiter took the hookah bill away, claiming it belonged to someone else. But then they insisted we still had to pay ₹2500 for our own. When we asked for our correct bill, they outright refused to give it to us. This place feels like a total scam—beware...
