Me and my sister visited the game palaccio for the first time. We were not expecting it to be this grand. It's of two floors. On the first floor there is the gaming arcade which has all type of games you can imagine including VR and even cricket. I personally had the most fun in these two. The staff is very helpful and always available. They have a small lounge also on the same floor where you can sit and take pictures. I loved the gaming arcade but it's a bit too expensive. We did traverse l recharge of 3000/- and hardly got to play anything. We even missed bowling which is on the ground floor because that would require an additional 2500/- which was beyond our budget. On the ground floor is a stunning bar and restaurant and bowling. We didn't eat there as a birthday party was going on so can't tell much about the food and service but from the looks of it, it was impressive. Will definitely visit again for bowling and food which we had to miss last...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had an amazing time at The Game Palacio, located in Ansal Plaza, August Kranti Marg. The staff here truly made the experience memorableāespecially Pratham and Aftab. Both of them were incredibly supportive and friendly throughout our visit.
They guided us through all the games patiently and made sure we understood how to play each one. Thanks to their help, we won 1,000 tickets, and Aftab even assisted us in converting them into card points seamlessly. His polite and cheerful attitude really stood out and made our day even better.
If youāre planning to visit, definitely look out for Aftab and Pratham. Theyāll not only help you enjoy the games but also uplift your mood with their warm and positive nature.
Highly recommended!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely substandard. The bowling balls have been bought second hand, they are broken and have been repaired. You can see patches pasted on the balls and the patch surface are also uneven. A place charging 700 per game (including socks) doing a petty compromise on such an essential component of the game is absolutely a disgrace to the name of hospitality and reflects poorly on the management.
The lights above the bowling lane cause too much reflection on the lane and arrows that guide are not clearly visible. Seems like the people running have no idea about the game.
The staff is untrained and inefficient.
The cold coffee and fresh lime were decent but I ll go to a cafe nearby for those....
