KFC — Restaurant in Delhi

I have attached photos of reasons of my review. I visit atleast one new KFC location a month. But I don't know why this one took my eye over these things and gave me a thought I should not come to this KFC location ever. Cold burger was served with no proper layers in it. Such a bad condition of washrooms. That no one wants to enter in that washroom ever. Broken seat and dirty floor or filled urinals you can't just handle the smell there.

A staff who was rudely talking to another staff while standing at order counter. Means literally shouting in front of customers "kal Time se aa jana" Or "cash counting mein coins bhi count krne hote hai". A supervisor or manager is dealing in this way with ground staff then it makes you think that is it really worth to put pressure on this poor guy who's trying to smile and work even when someone shouted on him right in front of me. That supervisor started taking my order, punched it in her system and then told some other staff to take care of the payment. It was just confusing because I have never seen this in any of the KFC locations around the world. The gesture of saying " Hey! How you doing? What would you like to order? " Has changed to "Yes Sir! You get many varieties of chicken in it and its chicken is famous all over the world and I like its chicken roll very much and the special tandoori chaat that has come out now, the sauce is very good.
