Chaayos Cafe at Kashmere Gate 2 — Restaurant in Paschim Vihar

I visited your Kashmiri Gate store today and ordered tea with bun-bhujia. However, by mistake, I was first served filter coffee. After returning it, I requested a normal ginger tea (not strong). The tea that arrived after 7–10 minutes was very strong and tasteless. I had to order again, and though the second tea was fine, by that time almost 40 minutes had passed and my bun-bhujia had become cold.

This experience was disappointing because as a customer, I expect good service and taste for the money and time I spend. I had always considered your store as one of the best, so this incident was not as per my expectations. Instead of refreshing my mood after office, my time, money, and experience all felt wasted.

Additionally, there was also water leakage in the store which was disturbing while I was eating.

I hope you will look into these issues seriously and ensure better service and ambience so that such experiences do not...

I recently spent some time at Chaayos, Kashmere Gate while waiting for my bus to an outstation destination. With the scorching Delhi summer outside, stepping into Chaayos was a real relief—the ambience is calm and welcoming, perfect for beating the heat.

I tried their tea and cheese toast, and both were genuinely good. The cheese toast was crisp and tasty, and the tea had that signature Chaayos touch: comforting and flavourful. What I really appreciated was the convenient QR code ordering on the table; it made the whole process quick and easy without having to wait in line.

The staff were polite and attentive, adding to the pleasant experience. Overall, Chaayos at Kashmere Gate turned out to be the ideal spot to relax, enjoy some good food and cool off before continuing my journey. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone passing...

I had come to Kashmiri Gate2 Chaayos with my friends. I had come there for a good environment where I could sit and talk comfortably and eat something but a boy came here after drinking alcohol and was talking to the staff in a very dirty manner and rude . From his talk it seemed that he was a staff or manager of the Chaayos and after seeing all this the people sitting there felt very useless to me and my friends, so we came out from there because we did not get what we had thought and maybe now I would not want to go to any Chaayos again.
