King shawarma xpress is a small outlet in east patel nagar which serves north indian and lebanese food and is mostly famous for its shawarma . They have various types of shawarma like chicken, paneer and soya shawarma and they have other food items like burger, momos, chinese etc. Had 1) Classic chicken shawarma - Minced chicken filled in a tortilla and served with pudina chutney and mayo. It simply melts in the mouth as it's so creamy and goes well with mayo. It cost around 90rs for one roll. (They have many shawarma with different flavour choose as you like). 2) Chicken steamed momos - Hot piping steamed momos with good nice juicy chicken filling topped with some spices and were served with chilli sauce (very spicy) and mayo. It costed for 99rs for 6 which were slightly expensive according to the worth. 3) Spl chicken crunchy momos - Chicken momos coated in kfc style crunchy layer and fried were served with pudina chutney, chilli sauce and mayo.They turned out to be really tasty and heavy. Costed for 109rs for four pieces. (They have other types of momos like fusion momos too). 4) Creamy chicken lollipop - The chicken lollipop are fried and coated in thick cream. they taste really creamy and yummy. The lollipops are very heavy but worth trying. It costed for 200 for five pieces but worth trying. The restaurant doesn't have any seating and they only serve via online or takeaway. They have kept two table outside if one wants to eat. They serve tasty and economical food, the staff is courteous. I have tried this restaurant twice and will strongly suggest not to eat from this pathetic place. There’s no taste, no flavor and has weird taste as if the food is spoiled, the oil they use seems to be very old and smelly. I don’t know why is it being managed this way. You’ll find a lot of pieces of nonstick layers of the worn out nonstick utensil they use to cook food in. It made the already awful taste even more worse. These toxins harm you and doesn’t leave your body easily. Secondly, there was no masala no flavor, just a heck lot of mayo and food coloring (food grade food colors have also shown to cause cancer) and lots of worn out nonstick particle.
