Maple Pods in Noida is one of those places that looks promising at first glance but doesn’t quite deliver on the experience it advertises. The aesthetic is modern, compact, and clearly designed with the intention of offering a clean, capsule-style stay. However, once you settle in, the gaps become more noticeable. The pods themselves feel smaller than expected, and while the lighting setup tries to create a futuristic vibe, it sometimes highlights the crampedness rather than hiding it. For anyone who values breathing space or even minimal movement comfort, it can feel restrictive.
Cleanliness is another mixed area. While the main lobby looks neat, the pods and shared zones could be maintained better. Dust in corners, smudges on surfaces, and linens that don’t feel freshly replaced take away from what should be a crisp, hygienic stay. Noise is also a recurring issue. Even though pods are meant to be private, sound travels easily through the structure. Conversations, footsteps, or even someone opening their pod can be heard clearly, making it tough to rest if you’re sensitive to ambient noise.
The washroom facilities are functional but not impressive. Water pressure fluctuates, and during busy hours, availability becomes a problem. The staff is polite, but service feels slow, especially during check-in or when requesting essentials like towels or toiletries. For the price range, one would expect a smoother, more attentive experience.
On the positive side, Maple Pods is located in a convenient part of Noida, close to restaurants, cafes, and public transport, making it easy to move around. But overall, the concept feels better on paper than in execution. With improved maintenance, better soundproofing, and more responsive service, it could become a more reliable budget pick. Until then, it remains an option only for very short stays or those prioritizing cost...
Read moreRegretting to book the place. We booked the birthday package, on the day of the booking none were picking up the phone, none called us to know the flavour of the cake. When we reached the spot, the pod was so dirty from the outside. They were supposed to deliver the cake during our slot but it came after the booked time slot. None informed us about the late delivery of the cake. We had a booking from 1.30 - 3.30, we kept on calling them from 10 am, nobody picked up the phone. Eventually we recieved a phone call when our slot time was over. The person was not even humble enough to accoet the mistake instead kept on arguing with us. We were so frustrated with such a poor management of these guys we told them that since our time is over and we wanted all the facilities provided in the package inside the pod, we cancelled on the cake. Nobody told us the cake was on the way, the cafe people also told us to talk about the refund. Have we known that the cake was on the way we wouldn't cancel it. Infact, some day after we recieved a message of not refunding the cake. Guys seriously! No matter how much explanation these guys would now give I would never recommend this place to anybody. Moreover, the window was kept on lowering down. My friend had to keep a hand on it to hold for the whole time period. What a pathetic arrangement. Worst experience ever. Food was the only good part. Visit the...
Read moreOne of the worst experience I had when dining out. First of all, it just one car at the entrance of another cafe. Secondly, the carpod was in bad shape and odor. It was given to us in a minute of another couple leaving the carpod. I had booked for a birthday celebration and there was no decoration of any kind, which was part of the package they had. Upon talking to their helpline, the guy started to justify their pricing and was in no interest to take any blame. He says you should have informed us for the decoration, Dude we booked a birthday package, what else do you need to be informed. Food was fine. In conclusion, never visiting Maplepods ever and...
