Nirula's Vikas Marg 2 — Restaurant in Delhi

The sundaes are prepared very nicely and with care.The staff is very polite and patient.I have visited this outlet a few times now with my family and also purchaed ice-cream tubs. I only have one major issue.The outlet us understaffed and there is only one person billing,cooking,home delivering and preparing sundae.That causes massive delays.I was sad to see 5 customers wait and leave today.I had to wait 20mins just to pay for my food with my mother who is a Sr Citizens.The staff apologized and were polite but Nirula's is losing business this way and it makes me sad.Management we need someone to provide some training and you need to make the system efficient.I want to support our own Indian brand and not visit multinational chains like burger King or...

Isn't worth the money. Bought two 10 inch pizza, one aloo burger, one shake and one sugar free ice cream scoop. The bill was over 1700 and I was hugely disappointed. The delivery service was good however the food has lost its OG touch. The pizza base wasn't fresh and the burger buns were like vada pav. The Pineapple shake tasted like cough syrup.
