Stale! Rotten! Extreme bad experience. My husband and I picked up 6 pastries of varied flavors from Pink Box Hauz khas on Sept 28, 2023. When we opened the same and cut in after dinner, me and my family noticed that it was rotten. We kept the remaining piece of the pineapple pastry and ran back with the box to the bakery to return it and inform them not to sell more of the same batch. The cashier ate from the remaining bite and said he is unable to understand the problem. No one was available in the kitchen. He then put the owner Mr. Chauhan on call with us. We tried explaining the situation to him but he said he is sure of his quality and said he won't help us since we didn't try his other pastries. He wanted us to sample all even if the first one was rotten. He fought very badly on the call with us. We left the place without refund or any other item. Please this is causing harm to the human life. Guys be very careful when you eat out. No one knows what is being served to you in a fancy packet under a fancy name. Please do not visit this...

My order was initially flawed with bad cheesecakes, but the store contacted me and sent me a much improved version.

The initial delivery of the new york cheesecake was too solid with a lot of cornstarch which gave away a wax flavour and no cheesy zest. But their improved version was well done with a better cheesy flavour and texture.

But the initial and second delivery of their Lotus-Biscoff Cheesecake didn’t feel improved. It tasted and felt like a butter-flavoured mousse cake rather than cheesecake.

Always had a mind to try this however kept skipping. However, craving for a dessert I made an entrance here last week without very high expectations.

Ordered a blueberry cup cake and a choco pastry. Was delighted to such an extent that finished both within 5-7mins. And the cost was 97rs to be exact so very very pocket friendly. Taste is super duper yum yum and will leave u delighted.

I was served thr pastry cold and I didn't mind it but maybe just maybe they could have a utility to warm it up a little. Or maybe it's only on request. I'll know when...
