Deeply Unsatisfactory Experience at Radhey Krishna, Hargovind Enclave
I visited Radhey Krishna, Hargovind Enclave today for breakfast with my family, on the occasion of my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately, the overall experience raised serious concerns regarding hygiene standards, customer service, and basic operational practices.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
The chairs and seating area were visibly unclean.
The premises had an unpleasant odor, which is concerning for a food establishment.
Basic essentials such as clean spoons, tissues, and proper table service were not provided.
This raises a genuine health concern: are customers at risk of falling ill from such unhygienic conditions?
Customer Service & Staff Behavior
I deliberately encouraged my daughter to place and pay for the order, hoping it would be a positive experience on her special day. Instead, she encountered a dismissive and unfriendly response from the staff.
At the payment counter, the staff member avoided eye contact, did not extend basic courtesy, and behaved in a manner that suggested customers were a burden.
When I inquired further about who was responsible, the tone and demeanor were unhelpful and borderline intimidating.
Family & Customer Experience
A restaurant is not only about the food served but also about hospitality, respect, and hygiene.
What should have been a joyful breakfast for my daughter’s birthday instead turned into an uncomfortable and concerning experience.
In Conclusion: For a food establishment, hygiene and courtesy are non-negotiable. Families and children deserve safe, clean, and welcoming spaces when they dine out.
This feedback is being shared publicly so that management may take immediate corrective measures to improve hygiene standards and staff training. I sincerely hope Radhey Krishna, Hargovind Enclave, treats this feedback constructively and ensures no other family has to go through such...
Read moreThe restaurant is a popular spot, especially among students and local residents, known for serving some of the best chole bhature in Delhi. Customers praise the chole bhature for its fresh, hot, and well-prepared nature, with bhature described as "fully puffed," soft yet crunchy, and the chole cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor. The Kadhi Rice is another standout, noted for its well-balanced flavors and generous portion size. Reviewers also highlight the variety of dishes, including Chur Chur Naan, Rajma Chawal, and various thalis, all of which are tasty and satisfying. The menu includes other North Indian specialties like Paneer Naan, Shahi Paneer, and Dal Makhani, with prices starting as low as ₹80 for items like Chole Bhature and Rajma Chawal, making it extremely pocket-friendly. The service is quick, and the staff is described as well-mannered, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. While the restaurant is praised for decent hygiene, some reviews suggest cleanliness could be improved. It’s a bustling street food joint, not ideal for family dining but perfect for a quick, flavorful meal. The restaurant also offers prompt delivery with proper packaging, and its proximity to Karkardooma metro station adds to its accessibility. Overall, Shri Radhe Krishna Chole Bhature is highly recommended for its tasty, affordable food and great service....
Read moreIf you're in the mood for some good food and a pleasant dining-in experience, it's best to steer clear of Shree Radha Krishna Chole Bhature. My recent visit to this place left me feeling more than a little disappointed.
Firstly, upon entering the food joint, I noticed cat moving around in the area where the food was being prepared. This immediately raised some concerns about hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Furthermore, the lack of staff meant that there were serpentine lines of people waiting to take away their orders, while those dining in were given more weightage. This caused a lot of frustration among the customers who had to wait for an unreasonably long time to get their food.
To add to the inconvenience, there was no parking space available outside the food joint. People who came to eat or collect their orders had to park their two-wheelers and four-wheelers just outside the place, leading to traffic jams and chaos on the road. Even public transport buses had to pass through that road, making it even more challenging to navigate.
In conclusion, I would not recommend visiting this place. The lack of hygiene standards, slow service, and parking issues make it a less than desirable dining destination. It's better to find another place to eat that prioritizes the comfort and convenience of...
