Frustrating Buffet Experience - Lack of Service and inattentiveness . I recently had the opportunity to try the table-served buffet at and I must say that I left thoroughly disappointed.

One of the significant issues I encountered was the incomplete menu. Despite the promise of a buffet, several menu items were missing or not served during my visit.

Furthermore, the lack of service added to the disappointment. Throughout the meal, it was evident that the staff members were overwhelmed or inattentive.

Throughout the meal, we had no staff member assigned to our table to explain the offerings, take our requests, or even refill our plates. We were left to fend for ourselves and navigate the buffet without any guidance. The absence of attentive service greatly detracted from the overall dining experience and left us feeling neglected...

Ssence restaurant - we had our extended family dinner in this restaurant and our experience was wonderful. Their hospitality is commendable. Mr. Prakash, Mr. Shailesh and Mr. Ashish were considerate enough to cater to our guests and us extremely well with utmost care, respect and smile. Their six course meal was scrumptious and will make you keep going back for more. For example The chicken in appetizers were so good that I will keep coming back for more and so were other tasty treats. The Hotel justifies the saying “old is gold”. I have been visiting this place since last 10+ years and the place has same charm, grandeur and peace, Especially the cafe Ssence. I visit the 24/7 cafe every week and love my old favourite Galouti Kabab by Chef Shailesh. The hotel Manager MR. Prakash is extremely courteous and makes you feel like home and is considerate enough to offer few complimentary dishes:-).
