Pathetic place. Does not know what hospitality of customer service me. They apply fake offers to lure in customers and then say that it is not applicable after a certain time.

Almost half of the beers were not available.

One could not order regular beers on tap and we were asked to order only from the international segment as only that was available

Alam one of their staff was rude and did not give any straight forward responses to any of our inquiries. He was always beating around the bush and coming up with random excuses to not let us be comfortable and have a good time.

We went to watch the Arsenal vs Southampton game which was abruptly switched to some Middle eastern football league without any intimation or from any ones request. They just wanted to piss off the existing customers who had come to see a weekend football game.

I don't recommend anyone to go to this place for their attitude.tp only trick customers to make a quick buck.

Alam needs to be relieved of his services and probably after that they may hope to have a few people walk in.

Pathetic experience. Visited on 4/11/24 in the afternoon around 3.30. Beer cafe running its offers in non peak hours. The waiter explained in detail in the drinks. Ordered 6 pints of beer. But at the time of billing they denied the offer and any discount resulting in it. Giving explanation that we need to tell before billing that we are availing the offer, hence it is the responsibility of the customer to take care of their discounting. Also the offer ran till 6 pm. The waiter and the manager had the audacity to say at 5.30 that the offer time ended. Also a service charge @10% was added to the bill. Final explanation from the manager that a bill once generated can’t be reversed except for Service charge. How cool to charge @10% SC with such service ? Harrowing experience!
