OWNERS / PARTNERS — DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT BUSINESS YOU’RE RUNNING? 🚨‼️
This incident takes place on 21/08/25 when we made the mistake of hosting a birthday party at your rooftop. Calling it a disaster would actually be polite—it was an insult to hospitality itself.
First off, the venue was a furnace. Zero cooling, zero comfort. It felt less like a party space and more like being trapped inside a cheap marriage tent during peak summer. If this is what you call “arrangements,” maybe you should start renting out bus stands instead—it’d fit better.
Now, about your staff: pathetic doesn’t even begin to cover it. Instead of serving, they were clustered around the bar like jobless roadside loafers—swearing, laughing, scratching their crotches, and behaving as if paying customers were intruding on their adda. Honestly, the vibe was less “event” and more “cheap neighborhood brawl.”
Service? A total joke:
Drinks arrived without ice like it was some village ration shop.
Snacks had to be dragged out of your staff as if we were asking them to pay from their own wallets.
Guests—25+ of us—were treated like we’d come for free food. Many of us actually own global hotels and clubs, and I’ll tell you—what you’re running wouldn’t even qualify as a roadside stall in our world.
And here’s where it gets beyond disgusting:
Senior citizens dismissed and ignored.
Women stared at, abused with vulgar talk, and subjected to obscene scratching displays.
Children handed heavy glassware to serve themselves—because apparently your staff is allergic to actual work.
This isn’t “poor management.” This is gross incompetence mixed with zero class and absolute shamelessness. Either the owners have no clue what’s going on (which makes you laughably unfit to run a business), or worse—you know and still allow this filth (which makes you part of the filth).
We’re never coming back—and if anyone reading this values dignity, safety, or even basic respect, they should avoid your establishment like a disease. Because let’s be honest: trusting you with a celebration is like trusting a thief with your wallet—you’ll only end up embarrassed and robbed.
Shut it down, or clean it up. Right now, your place is nothing but a circus run...
Read moreWe had booked The Dom – Lounge, Dine, Bar & Restaurant for a birthday celebration with our team on 14th June, with a reservation made for the Super Terrace at 8:00 PM for 15 people (₹1400/- per person). What followed was nothing short of a nightmare.
To begin with, the lift wasn’t working, and we were left waiting in a hot and humid reception area with no assistance from the staff. Despite repeated calls for help, we were ignored and asked to take the stairs to the 5th floor. After 20 minutes, one tiny lift (fit for 4 people) was made operational. Prior to us, some guests were stuck inside the lift, and we were a mix of girls and boys — all sweating and completely uncomfortable before the party even began.
When we finally reached the Super Terrace, we found no music playing and the fans weren’t working either. The power cuts were frequent throughout the night, and any complaints we raised were met with vague, careless responses. It was around 9:05 PM when food and drinks finally started being served — over an hour late — and everything was cold and delayed.
The staff was completely unresponsive, constantly ignoring our requests. One of our employees even got stuck inside the washroom during a power cut. The service team couldn’t care less — they were simply not listening.
To make things worse, although we had booked for 15 people, only 14 turned up — yet the management bluntly refused to refund the extra person. The reservation was made through Ms. Sana, who was extremely responsive before receiving payment. After that, she became completely unreachable, and all concerns were brushed off with a cold "please speak to the floor manager," who, by the way, was equally arrogant and unhelpful.
And to top it all — when we requested liquor refills around 11:45 PM, they refused, saying the time was up.
In short, this was a total disaster and an embarrassment in front of our team. Never expected such poor coordination and customer handling from a so-called premium lounge. Definitely not recommending The...
Read moreWe were a group of 14 who visited The Dom – Lounge, Dine, Bar & Restaurant on 14th June for a birthday celebration. The reservation was made for the Super Terrace at 8 PM, and we all reached by 8:15 — only to face one problem after another.
To our shock, the lift wasn’t working and we were made to wait in a hot, suffocating area. Despite calling the staff multiple times for help, no one responded. After nearly 20 minutes, they somehow managed to start a single lift that could barely fit four people. Some guests were already stuck in it before us. We were all sweating like anything, and the experience had already turned sour.
When we finally made it to the terrace, there was no music, and the fans weren’t working either. The vibe was completely off, and then came frequent power cuts during our party time. Our complaints were met with blank faces and lame excuses. Food and drinks weren’t even served till 9:05 PM — and when they were, they were cold and tasteless.
The staff was rude, inattentive, and constantly ignoring our requests. Even basic things had to be asked repeatedly, and still, nothing would be done. One of our teammates even got stuck in the washroom during a power cut, which was terrifying. The service was beyond pathetic.
We had paid for 15 people, and when only 14 of us turned up, we asked for a refund for one person — which they flatly denied. The booking was handled by Ms. Sana, who was very prompt until payment was made. Post that, she became completely unresponsive and asked us to talk to the floor manager. The floor managers were just as useless and arrogant.
When we requested for a liquor refill at 11:45 PM, we were again refused — apparently “time was over.”
This was one of the worst hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. What was meant to be a joyful team celebration turned into a completely frustrating and mismanaged disaster. Will never recommend The...
