during my first visit to third wave coffee, i was genuinely impressed and pleasantly surprised by the experience, especially since i’ve always been a regular at starbucks. this visit changed my perspective completely. the welcoming ambiance, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, and the overall vibe of the café were refreshing and inviting. what truly made my visit memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by a staff member named ritish. from the moment i walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a humble demeanor that instantly made me feel at home. ritish’s professionalism and courteous nature stood out; he was quick, attentive, and extremely polite. he recommended the mexican paneer sandwich, and i must say, it was absolutely delicious – packed with flavor and served at just the right temperature. i also tried the cappuccino, which was rich, perfectly balanced, and satisfying. ritish’s ability to manage the service swiftly while maintaining such a positive attitude was impressive. his smile was genuinely heartwarming and left a lasting impression on me. thanks to this experience, i’ve decided to make third wave coffee my new go-to place, and from now on, i’ll always prefer placing my order with ritish. his presence adds a special touch to the café, and i commend third wave coffee for having such a wonderful team member on board. keep up the...

I recently visited Third Wave Coffee, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air—truly a positive and uplifting vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly, but there was one standout: Ritish. This guy is hands down the most intelligent and smart person I’ve encountered at any café. He not only gave fantastic coffee recommendations, but his knowledge about different beans and brewing techniques made the whole experience even better.

As for the food and coffee, WOW! The quality was exceptional. The coffee was rich, flavorful, and brewed to perfection, while the food paired beautifully with the drinks. Every bite and sip was outstanding, and you could tell that the ingredients were fresh and top-notch.

I love coming here, alone or with a friend. The atmosphere is bright and cheerful. If I'm alone, i sit near the large front glass and watch the 'world going by' or if i want to read, I sit further inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hitesh and Kiran recognise me and know how i like my coffee. One day we ordered pizza and it was great...i like making my pizza from scratch but here i picked up a tip! They put the veg toppings after baking which gives a whole different freshness - i must try this at home :-) The only improvement i would appreciate is - if the machines/kitchen work could be less noisy.
