It was a favourite when it used to be in Dhan Mill, it is a (more accessible) favourite now.
After visiting the new outlet over 5 times (about once every week), I can say that the entire experience is without compromise. I'm going to break my review into portions to provide a more exhaustive account:
Coffee & Beverages: The texture of the milk based beverages is unlike anything I've ever had (and is easily the best in the country). The pourovers are made consistently and meticulously (bringing out the balanced, modern profiles of their coffees. The coffees they shelve are thoughtfully curated/roasted so a choice made blindly would go a long way too. Vaibhav, the guy behind QBF, hand-picks and puts each variant of coffee through rigorous quality checks (something he's more than qualified to do) and this manifests brilliantly in the final cup.
QBF uses the Kalita Wave dripper, which gives way to fruitier, more modern cups, which are sure to restrain you from asking for sugar.
If you don't like coffee (for whatever reason), this attention to detail comes through in the other drinks as well.
Food: The meticulous sourcing of ingredients reflects clearly in each of the dishes. There's nothing I've had that I wouldn't recommend, but do try the Tiramisu or the Cheesecake to finish it off. Their wood fired pizzas and tenderloin burgers are to die for.
Infrastructure: The interiors are crisp and the attention to detail is immaculate. The wooden details coupled with the neutral colours make for a very clean and minimal appearance. The natural light through windows enhances the day-time experience greatly whereas, the warm-white lighting makes evenings a (different sort of) treat!
Staff: Assistive, intuitive and approachable, without being intrusive. The baristas know what they're talking about and are always keen to discuss the season's newest coffee variants to help you decide.
Location: The relatively centralized location of the cafe makes it accessible on weekdays and the fact that it is not located in an overly busy market is a blessing as well.

In conclusion, for someone who loves speciality coffee, QBF has been an absolute blessing. It fosters a sense of community, and retains the human elements of dining. I've been a regular for several years and can confidently assert that it will never take the drastic turns that most great cafés in the city inevitably do. QBF is the only Indian retailer I frequently order beans from and I can vouch that its roasting philosophy is at par with leading global players.

Read moreQuick Brown Fox Coffee Roasters in Hauz Khas is a cozy spot that’s refreshingly easy to get to—parking’s a breeze, which is a small miracle in Delhi. Inside, it’s got a relaxed vibe, perfect for enjoying a good coffee or a bite to eat.
I started with the pain au chocolat, and honestly, it was perfection. Flaky, buttery, just the right amount of chocolate—definitely had me like 🥹🤌🤌🤌. The grilled ham & cheese croissant followed, and it was exactly what you want—comforting, cheesy, and just delicious.
Then came the chicken panuozzo. The filling was spot on, full of flavor, but the bread threw me for a second. It looked like a chapati at first, which was unexpected, but once I bit into it, it had that tangy, chewy sourdough vibe. Definitely not what I expected, but it worked.
If you’re ordering coffee, it can be a bit confusing since you have to pick your own beans. I went with Baarbara Estate (mild roast) and Badnekhan Estate (blonde roast), and both were solid choices, though I think the blonde roast had a bit...

I ordered an iced Spanish latte made with Barbara Estate coffee, and it was simply amazing. The rich, smooth flavor of the coffee perfectly balanced with the creamy, sweet notes of the Spanish latte, creating a refreshing and delightful drink.
The tenderloin burger was equally impressive. Cooked to perfection, it was juicy and flavorful, with every bite offering a satisfying blend of quality ingredients.
To cap off the meal, I indulged in their tiramisu, which I can confidently say is the best I've ever had. The layers were beautifully constructed, with the perfect mix of coffee-soaked sponge and creamy mascarpone, delivering an exquisite taste that was both rich and light.
Overall, Quick Brown Fox Coffee Roasters offers a fantastic dining experience with high-quality coffee and food. I highly recommend it and look forward to...
