I celebrated first lohri of my nephew at this place with around 100 people of my family. This was my biggest mistake.

They do not know what is the meaning of service. When the party started, rather than serving to the guests they said its a self service where as it was explicitly agreed to be a proper service party. I literally had to request them a 1000 times to please serve despite it was agreed earlier. To every ones surprise and for the people referring to this review, Mutton Rara was to be served as one of the dish. To our surprise, it was NOT served at all. Entire dish went missing. Amritsari fish was refilled after at least half an hour, so practically there was an empty bowl with just the name. The Nan and rotis were served in the pieces like it was a left over from other party AND THAT TOO COLD. In all this time when this all was happening, we were not aware as were busy attending our guests, the owner was present in the party not to check on the food and service but to ask for money. They took entire amount within 1 hour of start of party because they knew their level of service will result in problem later. They are biggest frauds in this industry. A strict no to all who are reading this review as I attracted all the bad name in my family for hosting a party with them. They are not fit to be in hospitality industry. The biggest indicator is that they were not serving the dishes but the owner physically on the floor was asking to pay the money within first hour of start of party. I recently had an unbelievably terrible experience at Troy Cafe, and I feel compelled to share it in hopes of saving others from the same disappointment. My visit to this establishment was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish.

First and foremost, the service was atrocious. The staff were incredibly rude and inattentive. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. We were ignored for a good 1 hour before someone finally came to take our order. Even then, the waiter seemed uninterested and dismissive, which was extremely off-putting.

To make matters worse, when our drinks finally arrived, it was evident that something was terribly wrong. The Coke we ordered was blatantly mixed with water. It was flat, diluted, and completely undrinkable. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they were defensive and unapologetic, refusing to acknowledge the issue or offer a replacement. This level of dishonesty and lack of integrity in their service is simply unacceptable.

Overall, my experience at Troy Cafe was one of the worst I've ever had at any dining establishment. The poor service, unfriendly staff, and watered-down drinks made it a thoroughly unpleasant visit. Trust me, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of better options out there where your business will be appreciated and you'll actually receive what you pay for.

Don't spoil your celebration. I went there to celebrate my wife's bday and it was the worst decision to choose this lounge I have ever. We selected the table, settled down and we had to keep looking for the waiter for more than 30 minutes.Finally, we got a hold of one of them and asked for water and it took them another 20+ minutes to serve the water only after asking 3 different waiters. We ordered food, which took them another 40 more minutes serve an incomplete order and then we had our first bite of food which cold. Everytime the food was brought to the table, we had to repeated ask the waiter to serve it our guest despite of multiple request and instructions before the arrival of our guests.

Now, Let's me introduce you to the horrible part of the event. We had our word with the lady name Amrit (manager but doesn't even deserved to be a waiter according to the way she talks to the staff and even her customers).She promised us, that she gonna provide us complementary fire gun before booking however, it was included in the bill and we told the waiter about. We asked him to call her and first she refused to come and the showed up after calling multiple times.

Afterwards, she simple denied with the attitude saying "Sarcasm-iske toh paise lagte h & aapko lene se pehle sochna chaiye tha na". I told her that am going to rate you guys about it and she again said "hume fark nahi...
