Our experience here was really upsetting. We ordered 2 chicken samosas, expecting the regular-sized ones. Instead, they gave me 5 very tiny coin-sized samosas – and shockingly, charged ₹25 for each piece. The filling was poor, and the size was so small that it felt like a complete rip-off.
To give context, their veg samosa is only ₹14 and a meat roll is ₹30, both of which are decent in size. But these overpriced mini samosas are nowhere near worth the money. This kind of misleading practice is unfair to customers.
Definitely not satisfied, and I wouldn’t suggest this bakery to anyone.
My Reply for your explanation:
Thank you for your detailed explanation. But my main concern is not just the pricing – it is the way the product was given without any clear information. We were two people who simply asked for 2 chicken samosas. Nowhere were we told that it comes as 5 tiny pieces in a set, or that it is different from the regular samosas. If you had informed us before billing, we would have understood and decided accordingly.
A customer doesn’t really need to know the full pricing strategy, wholesale cost, or brand of frozen product. What matters is clarity at the time of order. If something is new or different in size/quantity, customers should be informed beforehand. That is what disappointed us the most.
I hope you will take this as constructive feedback and ensure better communication with customers...
Read moreIt was an awful and disgusting experience here. Went for a cup of tea today evening. Entered the cafeteria and ordered A cup of tea. When I sat in the chair , suddenly I’ve smelled a pungent odor all over the café! There were three of servers / waiters. One of them is scrolling through his phone and the second one is talking to another staff at the same cafe. None od them was noticed the bad odor in the cafeteria and haven’t bothered about the cleanliness of the cafe.
All the tables covered with flies. One of the waiter’s uniform (Green colour) was placed on the table. The floor filled with Food waste and used tissue papers.
Had my cup of tea with a irritated mind and disgusting atmosphere. Very unhygienic cafeteria and atmosphere. The food service was also very poor. Reported the same issues to the manager/cashier at the time of payment. But he ain’t said an apology either. Will never visit any time here and will not suggest this cafe...

I asked for 2 chicken samosas, but instead of giving the normal-sized ones, they handed me 5 tiny coin-sized samosas – and shockingly, each one was priced at ₹25. That means I ended up paying way more for something that wasn’t even properly filled and was hardly worth it.
For comparison, a regular veg samosa here costs only ₹14, and a meat roll is ₹30. But these mini “samosas” are clearly overpriced and misleading. Customers expect a proper samosa when they order one, not to be tricked into paying 5 times more for a bite-sized snack.
This is a very cheap and unfair business practice. I would not recommend...
