Approach The road leading to the restaurant forks from a very busy road. Parking could be a problem but there's someone telling you where to park. But there is NO exclusive parking and parking space is very much on the road side. So pretty limited. Be sure how you park.

The ambiance inside is good and eye catching. The seating on the left as you enter is connected but move to the right you can find a set of more comfortable seats.

The toilet is Okey but too close to the eating place. Space in the whole is at premium.

Now food. They have an advanced system of taking orders . For the uninitiated it may be an ordeal. Persist and you can choose.

The platters are well sized and meaningfully priced. Affordable and we'll prepared . The French fries on the grill was soggy and cold. So had to ask for a fresh set on top.

Unprofessionalism??

Ordered coffee but the steward got tea. The fiasco was pointed out. First the steward declined his mistake then when told the entire sequence of conversation agreed. Tea was send back.

Then I get the bill! Couldn't believe my eyes. With the cost of tea included.

That was very very unprofessional and unbecoming!!!!

Asked for deletion. He agreed . Brought the bill with a pen seemingly scoring out the cost. The full cost was not reduced.

Didn't want to spoil the evening.

Unprofessionalism spoils hospitality.

Still giving three stars. Food was good

Wanted to give just 1 star for unprofessionalism but giving three - ambiance and food take it Xxxxxxxxx Went again. Waited long. Got...

A lot of Arabian dishes were available on the menu. The food was awesome and the Customer service was too cool. Bit overpriced. Majboos rice with Al- faham - (5/5) Rs 575 This was a special type of rice served with Al Faham chicken. One of the best Al Faham I ever had.We went there on a Sunday. Usually, on Sundays, we can't expect fresh food at most restaurants. To our surprise, the chicken was too delicate and yummy. The waiting time was around for the dish to reach our table after taking the order order was between 15-20minutes.

The sad part is we expected mayonnaise along with Al faham, but we had to spend extra for mayonnaise.

Mexican Al-Faham & Manthi rice - (3/5) Rs 575 Manthi rice was over salted. Mexican Al Faham was as always best al-faham you can find. Manthi rice isn't much exciting. The salt taste was bit upsetting but still it tasted awesome as always. I recommend majboos rice over manthi rice.

This time we got mayonnaise upon request. Thankfully, they didn't charge extra for mayonnaise. Good customer service.

Kunafa - (4/5) Tried this dish for the first time, so not sure if it was the real taste of kunafa. It was stuffed with cheese and the semya vermicelli roast fried on top and was very crispy. Tasted yummy. The size of the kunafa is very small. 4 people can share the small kunafa. It costs Rs 360 for normal kunafa and Rs 450 for nutella kunafa. Felt...

Ambience is fine ,but very bad customer service.

Even though they had enough vacant parking space they have asked to park the vehicle outside ,and to park it near the gate of near by buildings

Instead of menu card they have online menu card based on qr code and it seems sensible too during this pandemic times. Unfortunately site wasn't loading properly either in the mobile network or the wi-fi shared by them.

We have ordered 2 items and had a pretty long waiting time , but that was understandable. We received one item and they mentioned that other dish is ready and would be served soon. So we started having the served food. After 10 minutes we reminded them of the second dish to a guy and they too mentioned it's ready and would be served soon, still it was not served, after another 10-15 min again we reminded and still the response was same, this time the person didn't even turn to kitchen side to respond. After another 10 min finally we decided to cancel the order. It was really frustrating that item which was mentioned as ready and about to be served haven't reached as after 30 min even after multiple reminders. Not sure if they were expecting the customer to go inside kitchen and to take...
