Zangos Broasted Chicken: A Mixed Bag of Experiences
My recent visit to Zangos Broasted Chicken left me with mixed feelings. While the overall dining experience was enjoyable, the taste and quality of the chicken did not live up to my expectations.
Let's start with the positives. The ambience and design of the restaurant were undoubtedly impressive. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor and the comfortable seating arrangements created a welcoming environment that added to the overall dining experience. It was evident that Zangos had put effort into creating a pleasant ambiance for its customers.
However, when it comes to the main highlight—the broasted chicken—it was a bit of a letdown. The taste did not meet my expectations, and I found it to be less flavorful compared to other brands I have tried. Additionally, the chicken seemed to be oilier, which affected the overall enjoyment of the dish. This lack of flavor and excessive oiliness detracted from what could have been a satisfying culinary experience.
On the positive side, the service provided by the staff was attentive and friendly. They were prompt in taking orders and ensuring that our dining needs were met. The restaurant's cleanliness and hygiene standards were also commendable, creating a comfortable and clean dining environment.
However, it is important to mention that the pricing of the food seemed to be on the higher side. While the quality and taste of the chicken did not justify the prices, the overall experience and ambience of the restaurant did provide some value. It would be beneficial for Zangos to reconsider their pricing strategy to align it better with the taste and quality of their offerings.
In conclusion, Zangos Broasted Chicken has room for improvement when it comes to the taste and quality of their chicken. However, the wonderful dine-in experience, coupled with the appealing ambience and friendly service, does contribute to the overall appeal of the restaurant. With some adjustments to their recipes and pricing, Zangos has the potential to elevate their broasted chicken to match the high expectations of their customers and truly stand out in the competitive...
Read moreZango's Grill has done it again with another outstanding performance. Zango has the advantage of delivering food 2 hours after the order is placed. You would think "2 hours" is a bit exaggerated, but it's not. I ordered dinner through Swiggy at 6:07 p.m., and it was delivered at 8 p.m. Swiggy has called me twice in the last two hours. I received my first contact at 7 p.m. to notify me that my purchase has been delayed by Zango's end. Swiggy's second contact came at 7:34, informing me that the delivery executive's bike had been punctured and that the executive will be reassigned as soon as possible. Finally, 20 minutes after the previous contact from Swiggy, the order has been delivered.
Some of you reading this review may ask that delivering meals via Swiggy can take this long. But this was not my only experience i had. I went to Zangos for the first time a few months ago to try the meal. To be honest, the experience was actually worst. There are a few reasons why I believe the experience was unpleasant. I have waited for more than an hour for my order They gave me the incorrect order. The chicken I ordered was undercooked. I had written the review at the time, and the manager from Zangos had phoned to apologize for the bad experience I had with them, and he had requested me to remove the review from Google and he had promised that this would never happen again. However, due to a terrible experience I had today, I am forced to re-post my review. As a foodie, I hope the folks in charge of this restaurant will make the time to address the concerns I've...
Read moreI happened to pass by this place on Saturday and thought of trying the food from this place. I was worried about dining in as I was traveling with 11 months old son so I thought of picking up a takeaway. When I entered the restaurant nice ambiance 4-5 tables full of people who were dining in. I walked over to the counter to order a takeaway. The guy at the billing said will have to wait for 20 minutes so the food could be packed. Sitting near the corner table waiting for the parcel. At around 8:20 pm checked how much longer I would need to wait got a reply another 5 minutes and I patiently waited received a call from my wife who was waiting inside the car with baby and asking how long it would take. I replied it would take another 5minites roughly. So I waited for another 10 more minutes and asked and still got the same reply another 5 more minutes was in the verge of getting the order canceled . Then when I was observing the people who had come after me had collected their orders and already left. It was getting on my nerve, when checked the order slip was not at the counter for getting the parcel. After checking with them again at last got the order by 8:55 so had to wait more than a hour to get my order.
But one thing to be noted the food...
