Our evening at your restaurant was quite the experience. In fact, it left us so unsatisfied that we decided to dine elsewhere afterward; one meal simply didn't suffice.

The loud music was impossible to ignore, making it quite a challenge to communicate effectively with the waitstaff.

Speaking of the waitstaff, their service was far from stellar. They seemed inattentive and lacked the thoughtfulness one expects. It's worth noting that there was only one other family dining at the restaurant, so the staff wasn't under peak workload pressure.

Now, onto the food, particularly the meat – it fell short of our expectations. The quality of the pork and beef was less than satisfactory. We would like to suggest that you consider sourcing higher-quality pork and beef locally and, if necessary, adjusting your prices accordingly.

During our meal, we encountered a situation where we were told the pork ribs would come in three pieces, but only two arrived. It appeared to be a mix-up.

The sizzler, your signature dish, had portions more suitable for a small kitten than for adults. The rice serving was minuscule, and the vegetable portion was modest at best. The two pork ribs we received were noticeably lacking in meat.

Our waiter initially promised to bring a side drink but forgot, despite it being listed on the final bill.

Lastly, when we received the bill, we noticed an attempt to add the forgotten beverage to our tab. It seemed like a misunderstanding, and it was rather disappointing to witness an attempt to shamelessly push the drink onto us at the last moment.

It was a dine in experience and I ordered the first item on their menu, Mixed Grill Sizzler. So I will share those experience. The mixed grill platter was served in a burning hot cast iron square sizzler. On top there was a big scoop of flavoured white rice, French fries, mixed meat like Beef, Chicken and Sausage-those were bathed in brown gravy place on two cabbage leaves, A slice of bun with mayo and hard-Poached egg on top. Going to the positives, the place has got a good ambience, The staff were friendly and helpful, Chair was not comfortable as it was lacking lumbar support, but look nice and neat. Very nice interior design and there place was air conditioned for comfort. Nice and well designed menu with pictures to guide you. Beef in the mixed platter was very tender and juicy and well suited with the brown gravy.There were multiple payment options available. Honestly, I am not a big fan of fusion cuisine. The meat on the dish especially the beef tastes like Western “Beef stew/Roast beef with Rosemary flavour (It was really good and melts in your mouth)and goes well the brown gravy even sausage too. But not unfortunately the Chicken.! This with a combination of mashed potato would have been awesome.! But it came with rice.
