Moti Mahal Delux — Restaurant in Dwarka

This is one of the worst place i ever got a chance to have food today.We tried Dal Makhni and kadhai paneer.First thing is less quantity.No regrets for this as eventually food deserves to be thrown right away.Use of worst quality material like cottage cheese which was duplicate ,may be cattle cannot have it.Foul smell emanating from flour.Dal makhni was major motivation to try motimahal.But even that badly disappointed.It was sour,bad and no tandoori aroma.Chaap had an odour of some strange chemical with tandoor.With having such a pathetic food,i think next four days will remain hungry.Have developed a phobia having food.Atop of it so damn costly food much above haldiram,imagine! Staff was neutral and non attentive to any feedback and blaming the company offerings.I have only one strong recommendation for MD of Motimahal and i will give him only in hindi.Utna sambhaliye jitna sambhle aur apni outlets mein acche manager rakho,aasteen ke saanp nahi"

the food tasted pathetic today. The kadai paneer was extremely sweet and tangy, even the dal makhni tasted as if prepared by extremely local low quality food outlets. I thought to eat from moti mahal since it's quite reputed but today I thought that it's just a hype which is created. They even don't have plates to serve in city center mall. They will provide you low quantity, and disposable plates. The cost is excessively high. According to me there is no match with haldiram and bikaner. They at least provide you utensils to eat in and the cost is also affordable with good quality food and extremely good services. The chaap was highly raw and all preparations were poor. Got packed Tawa Chaap Masala and dahi ke sholey today. Start with ordering.. after ordering sitting right in front of their shop. They packed and haven’t called me that our food is packed. The server got busy with Zomato orders. We thought it took quite long then we went and asked and they pointed that our food is packed. That’s one Then we took food and Dahi ke sholey we’re good as usual but their Tawa Chaap Masala was more like Kadhai Paneer. The chef just put Shimla Mirch and Onion in gravy with 4 pieces of Chaap.
