I have tried almost all the outlets of KFC in Delhi and trust me the preparation of this outlet is by-far the best I had in India. I can compare them with KFC Melbourne (Australia) and Vancouver (Canada) where I had the same taste in terms of perfect frying of chicken and fries. There are two outlets in Janakpuri and they always fry stuff too much and you will feel the oil on your hands while eating which is not there in this Dwarka outlet. Polite, Humble and well trained staff therefore a recommended place for KFC lovers.

This particular outlet has started fraudulent practices of late. The standard Rs 439 order for 4 pieces Hot and Crispy chicken have always included 2 large pieces, 1 medium piece and 1 leg piece which we have been enjoying for years. Now this outlet has started serving just 1 big piece, 1 medium piece and 2 leg pieces for home delivery through Zomato. This happened to me on 30th June 25 and the same has happened to a few of my friends whose complaints to Zomato were simply ignored. I have a feeling both Zomato and KFC Sector 12 Dwarka are complicit in this food fraud. Why can't they just increase the price and maintain the food quality and quantity rather than indulge in such cheap and disgusting practices? After all they have been steadily increasing prices...

KFC here has pathetic service. I went there for dinner with my family. The boys there served pathetic bucket, which was cold, not fresh, having no taste. The French fries, grilled chicken pieces, all were pathetic. When i went back to them, they denied to change it. One of the boys said, he will microwave it. He did but again no use. Very disappointing experience. I shall never recommend anyone to go Dwarka sector 12, KFC which inside the city centre premises. The sitting space is also untidy and unhygienic. We got highly disappointed. Poor KFC. Unprofessional staff . I had a good impression of KFC, but due to this incident and the place , the brand KFC is no more in my priorities. 5 Stars r maximum that one can give but if allowed i wud have given 10 stars. The Manager Mr Awadhesh Mahto is a gem of a person. Have been dealing with the manager for past 4 to 5 times and trust me he knows how to handle the customers and satisfy there need. My order was huge as I had placed an order for 6 Buckets and asked him to slightly customize it and to my surprise he did it exactly the same way as I had asked him to do. He took less than 15 mins to pack freshly prepared fried chicken and packed it item wise. I have been to other KFC's also but this experience is the best I have had in years.
