As you enter this restaurant the first thing you notice is the positive vibes and the well structured seating arrangement.
Recently we had a reunion of old friends at Singh Sahib. We were 16 in numbers.
Owner himself suggested the menu for our party and took all initiative, start from seating arrangements to service. He constantly supervised everything although there were 2 other parties were going on. Thumps up to Mr Ashish and Mr Anil for superb service and food we had that day.
Their Staff is also very humble and service is quick. Good place for family dining.
The place serves amazingly good Indian food. We ordered quite a few items like Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Seekh , Fish Tikka and dry Manchurian in starters. In soup we ordered Hot and Sour and in main course Dal makhani, Kadhai Paneer, Punjabi Chicken curry and Jeera pulao along with green salad and assorted breads. All the items were excellent. Not a single dish was less than Excellent. Portion sizes were good enough.
Starters :
Paneer Tikka: Tikka was awesome, with balanced mix of spices and served with different chutaneys . Paneer they used was also soft and tasty.
Dry Manchurian: Another dish I always like to have with drinks. And it was no less than paneer tikka.
Manchurian balls were soft and served warm.
Fish Figures: Very crispy on outside and very fresh and juicy within.
Chicken Seekh : Rich in flavour and real masala boneless taste
Soups :
Hot & Sour : I liked the taste of this soup. Quantity was sufficient.
Main course :
Dal Makhani : WHAT A YUMMY DAAL . This is one dish which tastes differs from restaurant to restaurant. And even its difficult to have the same taste again in the same restaurant. But Singh Sahib is exception, I had Dal Makhani twice at this outlet and it tastes the same. I love the way they cook this dish.
Kadhai Paneer : एक एकदम लाज़बाब. कढ़ाई पनीर irresistible to satiate your hunger pangs. This dish of cubed paneer combined with a spicy kadhai gravy and the aroma of spices cooking in simmering tomatoes is an unmistakeable signature of Singh Sahib.
Mixed Vegetable: Tasty with balanced spices.

Cons
● Delivery Time: The delivery service can be a bit slow. If you're ordering in, be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially during peak hours. ● Table Reservation: The restaurant is often crowded, particularly at dinner time. Getting a table can be challenging, and making a reservation well in advance is recommended.
