Visited Ifthar at night yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite the late hour, the restaurant was crowded, and we had to wait a long time just to place an order. Once the food arrived, it failed to meet expectations. The Ghee Rice and Porotta were not fresh. Beef Fry and Chicken Pepper Curry lacked flavor, as though meat was simply added to a bland curry. The Biriyani was average at best. As noted in previous review, cleanliness needs improvement, and this time the food quality was subpar. If the management does not address these issues, they risk losing customers.

Ifthar Restaurant is conveniently located near Lulu Mall, making it easy to find, although parking space is limited, especially during busy times. The restaurant, though small from the outside, is surprisingly spacious inside, offering a comfortable dining environment. The service, while generally friendly, can be a bit slow, particularly during rush hours. Read moreToday we had a very bad experience at Iftar. It’s not about the food. But I would like to share this with the owners.
While we were sitting, next to our seat there was a family — two children and their father and mother. They were just finish eating and then stood up. At the same time, a cleaning boy came there. But the owner (I feel he is one of the top management team, (in the black t-shirt and glasses )) started yelling at the cleaning boy, shouting at him to clean the place — and it had only been a few seconds. Then he was keenly watching the boy and telling him, “There’s some more waste — clean that too.”
We just walked out of there. My husband told me, “Today will be the last day we eat from here.” He also said that after cleaning the area, the manager again yelled at him to clean the bathroom too.
I want to say — you can correct your staff internally, but yelling at them in front of customers is very wrong. And they are not slaves. They chose this job only because of their situation. So please don’t continue this.

Read moreI visited this hotel with my colleagues ....as a part of industrial visit....but ...i don't eat food from here ....me ..my two teachers..and two friends .. brought..food from...Lulu ....and ate ..here ...but....my colleagues..(140 persons)...don't brought and...eat...they are very hungry...so we searched restaurant and reached ifthar ..they were eat....so ...i don't have to review food quality..and taste...but...the owner..and ..staffs are treated us well...good behaviour from ...the crews of restaurant..... seating arrangements are good ..but ... the last two seats were ...wet due to the breakage of roofing...so the rain drops fall into dining table...and ... toilet facilities are very very bad ... zero Marks to toilet.... please.. hygiene the toilet.....these two are main problem.. otherwise...good ....❣️.. review of the food...
