Naga's Lulu Mall Kochi — Restaurant in Edapally

The worst experience from the whole Lulu Mall and probably the most horrible experience from a food outlet ever. Ordered Paneer Tikka Thali and they showed a big leg piece of a Chicken and said you will get Paneer instead of this.

They gave a cup of rice, two roti pcs, 3 pcs of paneer tikka, a small bowl of dal and a small cup of raita - and a big bowl of chicken curry. Rs. 261.00/- !!

I said I ordered veg, they just took away the chicken. I asked for the veg curry option instead of chicken and the lady said, you’ve Dal! Nothing else.

If I get a big bowl of chicken curry if it is Non-veg (where the dal is already served), why I am not getting any veg option instead?

Also, the paneer tikka was the worst ever. Dear chef, you are not at all the right choice for this job!!

No taste at all for the rice and paneer tikka. I couldn’t even eat it.

Then I had to buy an extra curry from Nila to eat the rotis. Spent 190/- rs for it, and it took another 15 mins. By that time, the food became cold.

I don't know what food safety officials are doing now. This place has to shut down. Not that important to say but still it's not a hyderbadi biriyani, nor guntur chicken . It's just some horrible sour tasting yucky dishes they serve , the most important thing is that they serve literally poison. I ordered biriyani recently and got pieces of metal scrubber's threads ( the ones we use in kitchen to clean dishes). And curd they serve with biriyani was way too spoilt with some weird non diary lumps, and chicken is 100% old and spoilt. Rather they serve poison. It's like making us pay for our own death. I threw their food away as soon as I had a spoon. For heaven's sake don't order or eat from here. You will end up food...

It was a pathetic experience when we went there for dinner last night. We ordered the special package of 500 rs and we were shocked when we saw we had been served spoilt tandoori chicken. We immediately showed them the food and asked our money back.it was a traumatising experience for us and i request the authorities to look into the matter. This can be of serious health concern to the people having food there and i hope adequate action is taken so that its not repeated in future.
