Subway Ernakulam — Restaurant in Edapally

The guy at the counter was extremely hostile, kind of rowdyish in his attitude. When we asked about a certain dish of the menu, he just pointed at the display, but didn't offer any assistance at all!

The attitude of the guy at the counter (not the sandwich maker) towards my eight year old girl child was equally horrible and scary, not a smile on his face, not a word of reply to any question we asked! The guy started like he hated the world!

Even Worse was the way he treated the lady with us. He kinda threw the bill and food on the counter, literally like throwing it on her face. Totally unprofessional and extremely mysogynystic.

The food quality was good but the food was extremely boring . It has food which is totally bland . Such food will be great if you are ill and/or suffering from diarrhea . I will not recommend it for healthy people . The quantity of food was also not good (I bought a 6" subway maybe a foot long might be good enough ) . The coustmer service was great and that definitely made some differences as it did not made me hate the place . I would suggest it if you are feeling sick then go to subway for some fast food . Terrible customer service. Asked thrice for a menu. .... You need to ask multiple times for them to open their mouth . Staff at the billing section just walked away in between placing order when she got a phone call. Extremely rude behaviour not just from a single staff..but the whole setup is messed up.
