WOW China — Restaurant in Edapally

I recently dined at Wow China in Lulu Mall, Kochi, and I must say, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I had high hopes for a delicious meal but unfortunately ended up with severe stomach discomfort and nausea shortly after consuming their food.

The restaurant’s hygiene and food quality raised serious concerns, as I experienced vomiting multiple times after my meal. This incident not only ruined my day but also left me deeply dissatisfied and worried about the safety of the food they serve.

I believe that a mall of Lulu’s reputation should uphold the highest standards, and such incidents should not occur within its premises. I hope that the mall management takes this complaint seriously, investigates the matter promptly, and ensures that the Wow China restaurant is held accountable for any lapses in their food preparation and service.

In the interest of the health and safety of all patrons, I urge Lulu Mall to implement more rigorous quality control measures and regular inspections. Customers should be able to dine here with confidence that their well-being is a top priority.

I tried two dishes from this spot. Chicken Friedrice & Chicken Manchurian : It costed around Rs 290 and it came in a small container with little rice and just three small round pieces of chicken. It tasted yum. It contained huge pieces of capsicum which could be replaced by little more rice and small pieces of capsicum instead. Chicken Hakka Noodles & Manchurian : It costed around Rs 200 and also tasted excellent. It contained more capsicum over the noodles
