I recently dined at Wow China in Lulu Mall, Kochi, and I must say, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I had high hopes for a delicious meal but unfortunately ended up with severe stomach discomfort and nausea shortly after consuming their food.
The restaurant’s hygiene and food quality raised serious concerns, as I experienced vomiting multiple times after my meal. This incident not only ruined my day but also left me deeply dissatisfied and worried about the safety of the food they serve.
I believe that a mall of Lulu’s reputation should uphold the highest standards, and such incidents should not occur within its premises. I hope that the mall management takes this complaint seriously, investigates the matter promptly, and ensures that the Wow China restaurant is held accountable for any lapses in their food preparation and service.
