Attitude of staff was apalling
I happened to come over for breakfast just a little over the stipulated hours and there was food in the buffet counter. I asked to eat and was fine to serve myself without any staff help.
The senior staff was rude and refused to let me eat breakfast though there was food in the counter. I was amply polite when I made a request.
Despite there being food in the buffet counter they refused. I have never seen anywhere in the hospitality industry where they were so rude and insensitive in their responses. This is just unacceptable and no customer ought to be spoken to like this.

Read moreVery bad experience I faced from the hotel. I booked the hotel rooms through Agoda and I have reached the place. The room what they have provided was having no privacy at all. I was not at all confortable in that room. Whatever happens inside the room was clearly audible in reception. Also the window curtains were not fully covering. So I asked for a room change. What the hotel person told was they will only provide nice rooms to walk in guests. I am not sure why is this attitude. I directly booked another hotel and shifted right away. Wastage of money. Read moreI had booked stay through Oyo and had confirmed booking. However when I reached the property I was denied checkin. The reason they said was rooms are already full. They told me to contact Oyo and find some other place. When I was waiting in reception 2 other set of people came and the guy at reception collected a higher amount of rent and provided two rooms to them. I talked to customer care who then talked to the property manager who blatantly lied to them the hotel is under maintenance. The purpose of apps like Oyo is that frauds like these don't exploit people however they are finding easy loopholes in system....
