I have recently went to this place with my in-laws for my wife's birthday. It was her first birthday after we got married it was special for us but Sultan totally ruined it. They were charging around 3k per person and not even providing better than an avg barbecue places. We booked for late night dinner around 10 PM. We were 15 mins early but either most of the items were not available and after approaching the staff they took around an hour to refill.

This was not the first time for us my in-laws have visited this place multiple times and the food used to be good.

I don't know why they were just ignoring the Saturday dinner. I even heard from someone as they were preparing for Sunday brunch that's why they are not caring for it.

Half of the starters were bad literally bad no taste at all. Most of the main course either unavailable or waiting for a refill. No staff available at the live counters.

After observing from a long time I reached out to the staff and they do provided few items at the table but still the same issue no taste at all.

Probably the worst experience at this price point we ordered tea just gulp everything. And also we went to the staff if they can compensate for this kind of bad experience as we were regular.

First of all they did not acknowledged their and after almost a debate they accepted but rather apologising they were like we can't do anything about it as you have booked online.

We tried to discuss further but their floor managers and one of their staff were so rude that they know their mistake but we won't do anything. And after all this they were asking us to pay and go and they did not served the tea we ordered.

And to top it all after all this chaos they had the audacity to add service charge in the bill.

We were planning a big party for around 60 people next but we will be cancelling that for sure and moving ahead we won't be visiting there.

I would suggest everyone going for family dinner please...

Radisson Blu Kaushambi - GTRoad #foodfest !!!

Its really great to see Hotels coming back to normalcy after two long years. After the third wave of Covid in January things are pretty fine now and where ever we have traveled in February and March hotel's are doing great with events n various activities and are lively and inviting.

Last week we stayed at the Radisson Blu Kaushambi to attend their Food Festival #GTroad at their beautiful restaurant Sultan which was a huge outlet brightly lit with a full house and guests enjoying their meals with a live band playing there. Restaurant was done up to match the theme of the festival where they laid a lavish buffet covering the cuisine of states of GTRoad like Delhi.. Punjab... Kolkata etc . Food was outstanding.

We were greeted by the team with a bouquet of Roses... were shown the property and we stayed in a large beautiful suite with a great view of the city. Suite with a lavish bath had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

At the Food fest we started with a Chuski with Kala khatta flavor which refreshed the Childhood memories. Followed by Dilli ki Chaat n Gole gappas which is an all time favorite for most of us.

Muradabadi dal with makhmali roti was lipsmacking, dal is bland with with aroma of desi ghee and and caramelized onion tadka added the taste and small soft roti with it was a perfect combo. Agra ki aloo bhaji with kachori was a delight too.

Thandai, Jaljeera n Kale gajar ki kanji were the flavorful summer drinks we loved.

Dahi ke kabab were yummy ... crisp cover and soft inside with nuts for added crunch very different from the usual we have had n loved it. Chappali kabab, Lahsuni Murgh tikka, Kashmiri murh tikka were the Non veg starters to relish.

Baluchi Murgh, Awadhi Murgh Biryani were amazingly delicious and we were so full so couldn't try the yummy sweets n desserts on the buffet. Hotel's bakery is damb good and their chocolate cake, cookies and nutty chocolates...

#RadissonBlu #Kaushambi #Gaziabad #UP

Hospitality Industry is the worst hit due to pendemic, so now that everything in life is getting normal, all the hotels are gearing up to showcase their strength. This time we have come to attend the #GTRoad #foodfest organised by #RadissonBlu #Kaushambi from 18th to 27th March 2022 at their restaurant #Sultan. Wonderful to see the team waiting for us with Bouquet of flowers at the lobby.

The hotel is located right on the road. Hundred plus keys hotel with all the modern amenities, has very spacious lobby.  Have around ten banquet halls, can take up many parties at a time. We checked in into the Suite room, a large room with a sitting area. From the third floor the view of the city is beautiful, with greenery and concrete both.

#Sultan Restaurant, newly renovated is again very spacious with approx hundred and forty covers. For the festival it's been decorated well. The theme is GT Road, so the delicacies from the area all along is been showcased, it is the longest road of Asia. Different live stations for different cuisine and different states were there to relish. Good to find restaurant looked lively with many guests and Live band added to the charm of food festival.

Painstakingly crafted menu from different states, UP, Punjab, Kolkata,.....were offered. Started with Chuski from the live station, many options to choose from, Kalakhatta, orange, lemon,.... Golguppa, Chat Station Muradabadi dal with Makhmali roti....relished it to the core, Agra ki aloo bhaji with kachori....it was mouthwatering.

Tasted Thandai, Jaljeera, Kanji, healthy traditional drinks. Ram ladoo,Mirchi ka pakora, Dahi ke Kebab, Punjabi paneer tikka,Tandoori bhuni soya chap. Tried all in small pieces.

Chappali kabab, Baluchi Murgh, Champaran Gosht, Awadhi Murgh Biryani.....all perfect. Wonderful show.

We stopped visiting this place last year due to unhygienic service and cold food. Yesterday, we, 6 members, went there after almost a year thinking they might have improved. Being Sunday night, it was expected to be full but there only handful of people. The experience was awful and it is firm that we will not be visiting this place again. EVER! 1. The chairs are all worn out at have turned black from the back and arms. They have not bothered to get them clean. Every time, I got up to get food and come back, touching the chair I had to sanitize my hands. 2. The person serving Pani Puri was not wearing gloves. When asked, he gave us an offended look and still was touching our food with his bare hand. The glove hand was holding the utensils. I could not enjoy pani Puri. 3. There was a “Dish of the Day” type section for Biryani and Kathal. There were no pieces left of Chicken in the chicken biryani. No one was there to check. And the kathal was very beautifully served with a smile but was COLD. When l asked the server that it was cold, he picked up my plate and microwaved it. I did not come to the place for microwaved food. I could not eat a bit of it. 4. The bread was served to us on the table. The cloth had so many stains on it. It was disgusting. 5. My 10-year-old son asked for plain cheese pizza, but he was denied saying not available. When I asked, it was served. 6. The dessert had hair in it. It was not fallen on the dessert but it was half inside and half sticking outside. Overall it was not at all worth going there and I honestly think that going to a dbabha would have been more pleasant, and we would have enjoyed fresh and hot food. We came back home disappointed and enjoyed the food that we ordered from Zomato!
