Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Goa

Nice but small place.. 4 people can sit and have ice cream at a time. One can always opt for a take away. Various options in BR ice cream (31 flavours to be precise). Cones were not available when I visited, so only cup options were available. They have different flavours for slurpy from which I tried orange and mint which was nice, refreshing but not my favorite. The ice cream flavour I tasted was yummy, something like Hershey's kisses caramel ice cream.

Shooting star flavour is amazing with the small crackle balls which gives sparkling sensation when you eat...

Visited this outlet today and had a disappointing experience. The staff seemed very careless and absent-minded. I paid for my order, and the girl at the counter gave me the bill without adding my visit to the rewards program. When I asked about it, she just said the bill was already printed and it couldn’t be changed — and then completely ignored me after that. Mistakes can happen, but not even acknowledging it and acting like it doesn’t matter is really unprofessional. I’ve been visiting Baskin Robbins for years, but this was by far the worst...

BR remains the favorite ice cream parlour to many, but this one is BR just by name... Slightly unusual experience, they outright told to rush through the order so that they can go back to watching TV... Kind of service you don't associate with BR... Also in today's date and time they don't support UPI payment, you need to carry hard cash or debit card...
