Not overly impressed tbh. Staff are pretty lazy, more interested in what's happening on their phones than paying attention to their customers. It's a brilliant location and should be busy like the shacks around it, but it's not for a reason. The food is good but pricey. If your solo then they want you to spend 1000 rupees otherwise you'll be asked for 200 rupees for the bed. The stupid thing is you're not obliged to buy anything and you won't because nit far away the food and drinks are cheaper and tge beds are free? So they lost my 600-700 rupess a day and now they get nothing.The wi-fi is excellent as are the umbrellas and tables but I'm afraid the plusses are outweighed by the negatives. There are better shacks with better food, prices and service. Pity. I'd get rid of the staff, get a lady to pull people walking past and get the service levels up. Best moment is at 9am or 10am. Few people, quiet, relaxing and not hot. By the way even during the day this part of the beach is never crowdy👍. If you use Google Map it will lead you to Taj Holiday resort wich is private. The way to go to the shack and the beach is 100m before the Taj, by coming from Porvorim. He was actually very funny and would constantly ask us if we needed anything. We ended up going with his suggestion, which was fish and chips. I know it seems basic, but it was actually delicious.
