From being called loyal customer, to spammer, all it takes is a honest review and restaurant starts offering discounts 🤣 and changes the review completely.

Don't forget to try their smelly and dirty washroom and amazing cat pee smell at the entrance of the restaurant beforetrying their discounts🤣
Just a few steps aways, you will find amazing restaurants with amazing happy faces of staff, with more welcoming owner.
Don't over sit at this restaurant, you will think you're regular, but one feedback all loyalty goes down the drain.
Only one Waiter/ staff is extremely rude, horrible experience, all coz the coffee feedback was taken in wrong way. New staff made the coffee which was not good, told the waiter who is seeing us from over 6 months and from few years, mostly on regular basis. I understand the new staff is learning, but we as customers are paying too, someone should supervise the same to avoid any misunderstandings.
Senior staff coffee feedback reply was, aise hi melegi pini Hai to piyo. He took the coffee back, zero effort to replace the same.
Horrible experience this time. Sorry to put it here as this was the only way to make sure the feedback reaches to owner.

Note: Request to owner to fix this kind of attitude/tantrum. If the beard waiter is not having a good day, he cant put that frustration on the customer. There was only one other table at this time.

Restaurant reply is all full of lies, also coffee isn't ordered alone but with breakfast every single time. You cant expect people to eat all meals at your restaurant, and eat same oily and spicy food on daily vasis, yes we go to eat lunch to The Mill restaurant after breakfast at your restaurant. They serve amazing meals and provides excellent service every single time without complaints. You dont like it, there's nothing we can do about it.

PS: We used to have 2nd meal earlier at your restaurant too, but being NRI/foreigner, you cant expect us to eat oily and spicy food at all times from you. Also, your kitchen was getting closed for breaks for a couple of months, hence we found another place for our 2nd meal, we were the ones to tell your staff where we were going. Also, you cant expect regular customers who comes at your restaurant for breakfast and coffee, to eat all meals at your restaurant.
Instead of taking the feedback possitively the restaurant started publishing lies, amazing experience and super customer experience.
PS: We were coming from agonda beach in rainy weather too on every single day, we are shocked to know that if we waited for rain to stop at your restaurant a few times, was such a big problem , even when the restaurant was almost empty. Talks a lot about you and what you think of Customers.
Also, you mentioning that you noticed that we're going to another restaurant for 2nd meal, is a lie too, coz we told your staff ourselves that we're going to The Mill restaurant as they make fresh and healthy meals (non oily/spicy), and then we continued eating at another place, due to great experience.

We visited The Cleos Café on 8th September 2025 with family, including a child, and ordered several dishes – Veg Sizzler, Nachos, Veg Xacuti, Butter Roti, Egg Rolls, Cold Coffee, Virgin Pina Colada, along with Pizza and Pulao.
The problems started with the pizza, which came with a strand of hair baked inside (pictures attached). We were already disappointed, but we decided to let it slide and continue.
Then came the big shock, while eating the pulao, we found a piece of metal scrub inside! This could have been extremely dangerous, especially since we had a kid with us. If swallowed, it could have been fatal.
When we showed the metal piece to the owner, his reaction was unbelievably casual. He simply offered to replace the dishes and said he wouldn’t bill us for the pizza and pulao. We refused the replacement and cancelled the rest of our order. we just couldn’t trust the food hygiene anymore.
To make matters worse, the staff refused to serve the food we had to serve everything ourselves. And as mentioned in several other reviews, the owner and most staff are rude. The only exception was the girl serving us, but even she ignored our repeated requests to adjust the AC swing.
The only good thing was the cold coffee. Everything else food quality, hygiene, service, and attitude was below average and unsafe.
If you care about food safety, especially if you’re visiting with kids, I strongly advise avoiding this place. A restaurant that serves food with hair and metal scrub pieces and then reacts casually when confronted is simply not...
Read moreFirst impression was when i went there to try out the desert and they had fixed menu. The manager there is very straight forward, which could be a good thing but not very welcoming to the tourists there. Our next visit was during the lunch time and we had asked the waiter if he could serve us drinks so he had asked us to go and purchase from the near by bar (which was weird as and when we had to refill we would had to get up and purchase again n again). This gave out the mood for me to continue further but we held on to try out more at this place. They had limited variety of soft drinks too. We ordered gobi manchuri and paneer pakoda which where ok. The sad thing happened was when i found a stapler pin inside the stuffed gobi!. The weirdest thing that happens is i tell the waiter that this is what i find in my mouth while taking a bite and he politely without saying takes away the dish from the table and i refuse his request to prepare a fresh one. The manager there being a straight forward person did not say anything about it and we left paying the person his bill and left the place thinking of it as a nightmare.
I will not recommend this place at all for the Attitude of the Manager there and the Quality of the food...
