I recently had a highly unpleasant experience at your establishment, and I feel compelled to raise the issue both with your management and relevant regulatory authorities.
Incorrect Order Served: I had clearly ordered a mushroom (vegetarian) sandwich, but was instead served a non-vegetarian sandwich. This is not just a service failure—it’s a serious food safety and ethical concern.
Poor Food Quality: The food was below acceptable standards in both taste and presentation.
Unprofessional Staff: The staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, poor communication skills, and an unacceptable attitude. I was shocked by the service standards being displayed.
Lack of Training: As someone from the hospitality industry, I was appalled at the lack of basic training and guest courtesy demonstrated.
I will be escalating this issue to the FSSAI and the Ministry of Food Processing Industries for their awareness and appropriate action. It’s deeply concerning how such a place is allowed to operate with these standards.

Read moreWe ordered premium veg medium size pizza. Awesome is only word to describe it. Plenty of topping, plenty of cheese. No compromise on quality and service.
Let me take a moment to discribe about service. We are one of the travellers. And before leaving to Pune we just thought of filling our stomach with Pizza. Cremeux bakes pizza and pastries.. Lianne who stays nearby recommended this place. So we thought our bus to Pune is at 6:15pm but actually it was at 5:15pm. We ordered pizza assuming we had enough time at 5.00pm. But we got the call from travel agent saying that bus is leaving at 5.15pm. We were shocked and confused. Cremeux team is so supportive that they packed it and as theyt came to know that we have to rush for the bus, without any demand they gave us complementary Garlic bread and Cup cakes that too two portion of it.
I would really like to thank to Cremeux for such a amazing service.. And I will definitely visit this place again if I visit Goa again and will highly recommend to all the reader out here to visit this place...
Read moreI visited this delightful little patisserie for the first time, based on a recommendation from my friend’s daughter, who insisted we try their signature pastry called Serradura. She even asked us to carry back a few pieces for her — and now I know why!
We sampled their fruit cake and chocolate mousse as well, both of which were excellent. The fruit cake was moist and rich, while the chocolate mousse was perfectly creamy with just the right balance of sweetness. But the highlight, without a doubt, was the Serradura. Light, creamy, and melt-in-the-mouth — it truly lived up to its reputation. Everyone in our group absolutely loved it.
The café is tucked away in a narrow lane in the heart of Margao city, which adds a bit of charm to the experience. Finding parking can be a bit tricky, so a little patience (or luck) might be needed. But once you’re inside, the warm and inviting vibe of the place, along with the delicious desserts, more than make up for it.
A hidden gem worth discovering — especially if you have a...
