Walked into this place one Monday evening after seeing the stellar reviews on Google Maps. The moment I entered, I found myself baffled by what exactly everyone finds so great about this place.
The cafe is very dimly lit on the inside, which makes one feel very claustrophobic, as if one is in a cellar.
Next, there was the fact that it was several minutes before the guy working in the cafe came to me to hand me the menus. The menus were really dirty. Then he left and it was another few minutes before he came back to take my order.
When I asked for a hot chocolate, he said that nothing hot was available, so I had to settle for a chocolate milkshake and a burger. The milkshake and burger were both delicious, but somehow, that didn't compensate for the overall experience.
The only good thing here that I could find besides the tasty food was the competitive prices. The bill was a pleasure to pay because of how low it was. But that's it.
In my opinion, if this cafe really wants to be a success, then to begin with, the servers need to smile more, and be friendlier. Also, the management needs to hire an additional set of hands...

As for the Cad B milkshake, it was something different from the usual. To me, it tasted like a blend of chocolate, maybe a hint of Bournvita, and ice cream, topped with grated chocolate. It was unique, though I found it just okayâmore of an acquired taste.
However, if you're in Goa and happen to be around Panjim, this cafe is worth a visit. Itâs a good spot to stop by if you're on a tour or casually exploring the area. And if you feel thirsty, especially on a warm day, grabbing a shake here could be a refreshing idea!
