Dylan Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

It was our anniversary and we were roaming on the Palolem beach. We wanted to sit somewhere which was not playing loud music and tada, we found Dylan's place. For next seven days be it breakfast, lunch or dinner we came back here. One of the oldest shack on Palolem beach, more than 27 years now. It's run currently by Dylan and his brother who are very helpful. They have awesome chef along with the service guys Goldie, Shubham and Suresh and Arnold ( bartender in evening) who are equally helpful. We hardly saw menu and ordered anything. Being a vegetarian I never thought that I will ever get good food on beach, but trust me, they prepared whatever we requested. From, stuffed tandoori aalo, stuffed tandoori capsicum, tandoori cauliflower, etc. Each of the single item was equally tasty. Cocktails are really nice and again even for cocktail they prepared all the cocktails which were not even in the list. If Dylan is present in the restaurant you can ask him to prepare Dylan special cocktail... You will love it. They have beach view ac cottages which are awesome and affordable. Like who will give you beach front ac cottage in just 2.5 to 3k in November weekdays! They do have 2 Rottweiler pups, Daisy (2.5 years) and Diya ( 8 months), they will make your stay and the time you spent memorable if you love dogs! Along with that they have one cute cat (baby) too. The oldest Shaq in Palolem Beach which lives upto expectations. Always Smiling Aunty and friends who work over there are always cheerful and happy. All of them work hard with a smiling face which makes the speciality of this place. This is the only place where you get welcomed as family members and ot as customers.Keep up tha great work. Dylan is run and operated by the Owners of the property. They are the local Goans, and very selective about their guests. Prefer to be here, than anywhere in Palolem. The cottages/ rooms are well appointed, and we can get hot water for shower too. Not a very loud place, and is very quiet and pleasant. For visitors who want to listen to the sea waves, and not be disturbed by Loud Music, this is the place. Also good food is available too, with super fast service.
