I recently visited Cuba on Palolem Beach in South Goa and had a delightful dining experience. The ambiance was perfect for a beachside meal, with the sound of waves in the background and a relaxed atmosphere.

Food Quality: The highlight of my meal was definitely the king fish tawa fry. It was expertly cooked, perfectly spiced, and incredibly flavorful. The spice level was just right, adding a nice kick without overpowering the delicate flavor of the fish. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, and I couldn't get enough of it.

Additionally, the chicken tikka was also excellent. The chicken was tender and juicy, with a beautiful char from the grill. The marinade was flavorful and aromatic, making every bite a delight. It paired perfectly with the stunning ocean views and cool sea breeze.

Service: The service at the shack was prompt and friendly. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. They were also knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations.

Worst❌ worst ❌service will never recommend this hotel. We had an accident near the palolem beach We have planned a week holidays in goa our stay for one day was booked in cuba palolem on 26th November 25th evening we had an accident in that I got fractured in my hand & 7 stitches in my leg same my husband have stiches in hand We both are badly injured . It was a Saturday night there was no hospital open only one small hospital was there we have to travel for 1 hr to reach the north Goa hospital for my x-rays So we went in Cuba palolem to refund money on 25th night same day the accident day as our other hotel stay was near the Cuba hotel we are checking out from other hotel so we thought to go n check for the refund from Cuba palolem as it was next to our hotel . As we went to cuba palolem they said you guys can go .now we can’t help you ..we will give your money 50% back .after 1 day will do it . But today the week passed after the accident we call them many times they picked up & said will inform you in some time . Called many times no response from there side even for 50% refund . worst service can’t imagine only for 4k one night stay they are not ready for pay half of it . We booked two days stay in north Goa hotel in baga hide out premiere for 12992 we got refund in 1 day full amount it was a four star property .thanks to them Cuba palolem is worst service I have seen in my life never recommend to any one...
