Our dining experience at Greenland Restaurant took off with two standout dishes: Prawns Xacuti and Kingfish Masala Fry.

Visited this place just two days back, giving honest review as below at first place the care taker sunil , rupa seems helpful but as stay progress there behavior changed towards us..... we have booked single room with bathroom having few issues as below

They do not clean room on daily basis when asked to change the bedsheet they ignored with some reason Food is costly as compared to nearby places, taste is not like super awesome as compared with cost. 4.No soap, toothpaste provided Solar water only available in bathroom, sometimes struggles with cold water if all rooms are full and everyone use the hot water. 6.They did not allowed to sit with own alcohol bottle only single wifi router available for all room, and it is kept outside struggling for internet. Rooms do not have locked cupboard Rooms not having TV set Continuous power fluctuation/ no power backup

Sunil (Hotel care taker/Manager) behavior was getting rude when asked to extend room for one day as we are having train delayed in the evening...

When we asked him what happen ? Anything wrong with our behavior ? Even he did not said proper good bye when we are leaving the hotel..

Long story short - GO HERE!! I stayed here and also ate here many times - where to even begin – it was such a pleasant experience, the hospitality from every member of staff has been fantastic, the rooms are clean, the beds are huge, the ensuite is exactly what you need, prices are fair but most importantly you have a paradise on your doorstep – onto the food, I have eaten up and down the strip, almost every restaurant in Agonda, and the food that they freshly prepare each day is incredible – a varied menu which in some places is a bad thing, here it is just because they have the facilities – a special mention to the fresh fish barbecue they do every night which not many other places offer and you can see is prepared by the chefs. I particularly want to mention Sunil and Rupa who are the most amazing hosts, at no point did I ever feel like a need/ desire was left unattended to and they are just the most lovely human beings-you can see how much pride to take in their establishment and it shines through in ever aspect.
