I recently had the pleasure of dining at the marvelous vegetarian restaurant, and I am absolutely thrilled to share my positive experience! This gem of a place serves mouthwatering North Indian cuisine, and it has certainly left an indelible impression on my taste buds. From the delightful chaat to the delectable starters and beyond, everything I tried was simply outstanding.
First and foremost, I must express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff, particularly Ranjeet, for their exceptional service. Ranjeet's warm hospitality and attentiveness throughout the meal truly made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. His genuine passion for the food and dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, making our visit memorable and personalized.
Let's talk about the food! The chaat options at this restaurant are unparalleled. The burst of flavors and the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy elements in their chaat creations left me yearning for more. The Pani Puri was an absolute delight, and the Dahi Bhalla had an exquisite blend of textures that made it an instant favorite.
Moving on to the starters, I was blown away by the diversity and richness of flavors they offered. The crispy Aloo Tikki and the mouthwatering Paneer Tikka were cooked to perfection. Each bite was a delightful fusion of spices and freshness, leaving me eagerly anticipating the main course.
When it comes to the main course, the restaurant truly excels. The range of vegetarian dishes available is commendable, catering to every palate. Whether you're a fan of creamy curries like Malai Kofta or prefer the bold flavors of Chole Bhature, this restaurant has got you covered. The aromatic biryanis and flavorful dal preparations were also exceptional, showcasing the chef's expertise and culinary artistry.
Lastly, the ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, adding to the overall dining experience. The staff's attention to detail and the cleanliness of the premises were commendable, further enhancing the enjoyment of our meal.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this vegetarian restaurant to all food enthusiasts, especially those looking for a tantalizing North Indian culinary adventure. The outstanding service provided by Ranjeet and the entire staff, coupled with the remarkable range of chaat, starters, and mouthwatering dishes, make this establishment a true gastronomic delight. The kulcha size was so tiny that it felt like a kid was playing with dough in the kitchen. When I asked the waiter, he jokingly replied, “humare yaha aisa hi milta hai” — quite an unprofessional response, especially when customers are adults, not 2-year-olds.
What really bothered me was the mandatory service charge added to the bill. As per CCPA guidelines (July 2022), service charge is optional and cannot be enforced. Customers must be clearly informed that it’s voluntary. Many people anyway tip based on the service received, so forcing it feels unfair.
Service was extremely poor — waiters simply kept food on the table without serving, didn’t bother to ask if we needed assistance, and were very arrogant. Service was painfully slow, billing took ages, and once the bill was given, they assumed the balance was a tip and delayed returning it. On top of that, they didn’t even provide a finger bowl, which is basic courtesy in any decent restaurant. I honestly don’t understand what the service charge is for.
There are many better vegetarian restaurants nearby that actually value customers. Not worth wasting your money here.
⚠️ Note: Always check your bill carefully...
