Bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED! Went there for the first time on 28 September 2017. Ordered Misal Pao and Veg club sandwich. Taste was fine. Sandwich was extremely dry, and nothing like a club sandwich. It was rather a toasted veg cheese sandwich only. When they gave me the bill, the Misal and Pao had been billed separately. On asking, the manager said that pao is an optional dish, and is given only on request... I mean, have you ever heard someone ordering Misal only anywhere else? I so wanted to ask them, do they also give Chole and Bhature separately as well? And then, other than the 18 % GST Tax, there was Service Charge included in it. On asking, the manager again said that GST is the government tax, and the service tax is our personal tax. You guys need to update yourself seriously! Adding any other taxes is ILLEGAL. When I objected, the other people supported as well, and then the manager made another bill for me and removed Service Tax from that. But it should not have been done in first place... Really irresponsible behaviour of...

What in the crack is everyone smoking that this place has such a high rating!! The only reason I’m writing this review is to bring some reality to their ridiculously overrated rating. Without a doubt the worst meal I’ve ever had in India - and I have been coming every year for 10years. From the moment I walked in I had to beg to be served. It seems the restaurant is also catering to a hotel and their staff are running around in circles not serving anybody! They urge you to order from a buffet and seemed quite perplexed that I wanted to order a la carte. After literally throwing myself in the path of a waitress I ordered a simple breakfast of masala dosa and masala chai. Both were cold. The dosa barely cooked and the filling very bland. It was only because I was beyond starving I ate any of it. As I’m trying to pay and leave (to go somewhere else to eat) I noted two young gentlemen who’d also been sitting there waiting every bit of 10minutes also waiting for acknowledgment and I dunno…maybe a menu!
