Meridien:Latest Recipes:Come Get Pampered. Ambience:Light,airy,cheery full of light and wishful energy.Lovely outdoor seating as well. Staff:Courteous and attentive.Each one is a star. Chef:Executive chef is a hands-on chef.He will see tht as per ur diet-requirements like an al-lacarte order,he will cater to ur needs.They also do an extensive buffet,during full house. The dishes i had were spread over few days.These dishes can be made available as per prior request & the payment will be on al la carte. Alookathiroll:This is something we had on arrival late afternoon.This was light and scrumptious with marinated red onions.The potatoes were medium-spiced and the roll as per request was made in whole-wheat flour. Who says goan thali cant be vegetarian. Goan Thali:This we had in the evening.They hv a goan chef who knows the local food stupendously well.U will be more than pleased to place an order for this.Do so on prior request. Moong ross:Ross means goancurry.This Made with yellow dal,onion,greenchilli,wholeredchilli.Medium-spicy with tang from tamarind ball which adds a perfect balance. Veg caldin:Delicious,made with freshly grated coconut.The greenchilli with gingergarlic give it the mild spiced flavours.The medley of vegetables work beautifully. Mushroom xacuti:Best taste with button mushrooms.It has goan blend of spices.The coconut,whole coriander,whole redchillies,peopercorns,tamarind pulp more or less are a staple in any goan curry preparation. Tambdi bhaji:Red amarnath.Comfort dish.Home-style cooking.Very healthy goan preparation.This has flavours of fresh coconut,garlic cloves,greenchillies. Dal varan:Appease lord ganesha with this they say.Simple but full on flavour.This has greenchilli,cumin,curryleaves and coconut which is roasted together lightly then added to the dal.Comfort! Goanrice:Ur full on with whole spice flavourings of cinnamon,clove,cardomon & coconut milk.Betcha u didnt know tht! Poi:This is baked inhouse goan bread.Soft and thin as vaccum air.Dunk in ur curries and lap it up Vegriosis:Very authentic portugese dish.Made with plain flour,clarified butter which is cooked on hot flame then kneaded into dough,with stuffing of choice.Fried till golden brown.Crisp goodness! Dodol:Dessert for vegetarians. Mediterrnean Roll:This had Spinach hummus roll:This had boiled spinach with hummus,artichoke and feta cheese.Superbly tasty! Pesto roll:This had an aromatic pesto sauce with a medley of veggies. Mexcian roll:This had hint of garlic with clred bell-peppers,onions,sriacha.Extremely tasty! North Indian Thali:This too will be available on prior request. Kaddu ki sabzi:This is comfort.Allahabadi style. Dal makhani:The restaurant style finger-licking good. Veg kadai:Another regular restaurant style with medley of veggies in tomato puree and blend of tumeric and chilli powder. Aloo adraki gobi:Home-style with greenchilli,ginger.Simple Bhindi kurkure:Chatpata Sabz miloni:A restaurant style dish.A vegetable made with spinach leaves as base with garnush of kasoori methi and blend of spices like greenchillies,gingerpaste,whole redchilli & coriander powder Harabharakebab:A well versed starter which needs no introduction Bharwan mushroom:These ate stuffed with cheese and garlic A good blend in of home-style with restaurant style thali together. We recently tried the restaurant Latest Recipe at Le Meredian , Calangute Goa, and had a truly wonderful experience. A big part of that was thanks to our servers, Rajat Shubhra and Mutsolu.

Rajat was extremely well-versed with every detail of the menu and guided us perfectly through the new dishes. His dynamic nature and vast experience really stood out and made the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.

Mutsolu greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly gracious throughout our visit. Her warmth and hospitality added a very personal touch to our evening and they both made us feel genuinely welcome.

Together, they created the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. Thanks to both Rajat and Mutsolu, our experience was elevated, and we would highly recommend visiting this restaurant and asking for Rajet, not only the food but also the amazing...

Latest Recipe in located on the first floor of Le Meidien in Goa. We had our breakfast here during our stay at Le Meridien. First day we did have our some issues, but full credits to Saurabh Bhatnagar, the director of F& B at Le Meridien. His management of the place is absolutely brilliant. He ensured that all minor issues were sorted there and then, and everything from there on was just absolutely brilliant. His entire team infact deserves to be applauded.

Already have had a good experience at the Gurgaon Le Meridien branch. It was super crowded and we had a 3 day stay here. We had our breakfast and dinner here all 3 days. Everyday was a different menu in the breakfast spread. Loved the swift service and hospitality. Dinner was ala carte and loved all the dishes tried. The chef's were super cooperative and great service. Definitely coming back for another amazing experience here.

Already have had a good experience at the Gurgaon Le Meridien branch. It was super crowded and we had a 3 day stay here. We had our breakfast and dinner here all 3 days. Everyday was a different menu in the breakfast spread. Loved the swift service and hospitality. Dinner was ala carte and loved all the dishes tried. The chef's were super cooperative and great service. Definitely coming back for another amazing experience here.
