Morisco Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

Went here for Dinner during our stay at Taj Fort Aguada. Probably their best restaurant on the property. The ambiance is more of a family than a romantic restaurant. Which isn't bad or anything but I was expecting more fine dining in a 5 star resort. The table we had was right in the corner with a perfect sea view. The food was good and so was the service. They were really accommodating of all our requests from start to finish. The mocktail we ordered, the fried squid/calamari and the whole boiled crab in butter garlic sauce, everything was delicious. The crab took some time to prepare which is expected since it's a whole crab and they informed us about the same in advance. Marisco, The in-house restaurant at Taj Aguada Fort is quite popular in Goa for its sea food. While we were in Goa last week we happened to have our dinner at Marisco once and here is our experience.

Whenever you are visiting Taj you should expect luxury in abundance and Taj For Aguada is no less. The entire interiors of this place gives you a luxurious feeling and the location of Marisco raise the bar even higher. This one is overlooking the beach and you get cool breeze greeting you during your entire meal.

Visited this sea food restaurant when staying at Taj Fort Aguada. Had the Lobster Thermidor. Requested them to give vegetables in place of rice. Very nice dish.
