Paper Moon, Goa — Restaurant in Goa

The ambience was nice and we heard great things about this place but the food was absolutely awful! We ordered 3 dishes. A truffle pasta, red cylindrical pasta and a truffle pizza. The red pasta was taste wise nice but was severely undercooked. The truffle pasta was extremely salty. And OMG the pizza was revolting. It had very minimal topping but that’s not the problem. It was cold and chewy. I couldn’t get my knife through it and it took an abnormal number of bites to be able to swallow it. ALSO we found a hair in our food which they replaced but only for the one person who had the hair. This was the only courtesy they showed. They didn’t give that dosh for free or give any complimentary dishes. On too the water they didn’t ask us if we wanted or not, cost ₹500!? UNBELIEVABLE!! As a food enthusiast with a particular love for Italian cuisine, I recently discovered an authentic Italian Restaurant Called Paper Moon at Taj Agorda Fort, Goa. Eager to indulge in an authentic Italian Dining experience, my wife and I decided to sample various dishes, including Pizza Primavera, tiramisu, and Gelato. To my delight, I found that pizza surpassed all my expectations and stands as the best I have ever tasted. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Paper Moon, a restaurant highly recommended by Mr.Gurwinder. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was captivating. The service was impeccable, with special thanks to our attentive server, Yash, and the friendly bartender. The food was truly exceptional.
